Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of factory made (CPRI test certified manufacturer) LT feeder pillar box of suitable size outdoor type double door, cubical compartmentalized type suitable for 415 volts supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar 400 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3mm (outer) & 2mm (inner) compartment door CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank process panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6mm angle iron, included 15 cm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and 30cm clear space from ground level. Front and back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size and cable entry boxes with cable glands. The scope of the work also includes supply and fixing the following:-

Note:-Drawing for item No. 01 to 04 (panel & chamber) should be got approved from GE by contractor before placing the order.

M&L for disconnecting of incoming and outgoing un-insulated LT UG cable any type from MCCB's as per existing panel and cutting the un-insulated cable and thimbling for connection with the help of crimping tool including any other repair like tighting of bus bar, nut bolts, replacement of damaged insulator and any minor repair to make LT panel/ LT bus bar servicable deemed inclusive in the quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid as directed.
