M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, Staging of Water tank, Foundation of Pole etc. including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Fly Ash Bricks, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore with broken stone of gauge exc. 63mm but not exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces, 5mm thick top layer mixed with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound(WPC), conforming to IS-2465:1975 and as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Three Coats of White wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of Steel overhead water reservoir of capacity 20000 gallons at Jalapahar pump house / GRD area by following methods.- (a) Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by sand blasting, if sand blasting is not possible, abrading with coarse emery paper is recommended and scrubbing the wall of tank. (c) Cleaning inside surfaces of the tank with Rust converter to remove rust from steel surfaces. (d) Drying out the surfaces by using drier . Note: (i) The quoted unit rate is included for removal of mud, grits & deposits etc properly from site of work.

All as per ser item No 31 above but for water reservoir of capacity 14500 Gallons at Jalapahar pump house, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of Coat ZP by thr following methods- (i) Stiring the hardener and Resin individually with drill mixer of proper size. (ii) Add the entire content of the hardener into resin container and stir the two components throughly using a low speed mixer for 2-3 minutes until a uniform colour of mixer is obtained. (iii) Now apply a coat of Coat ZP (Internally and Externally) on the steel surfaces of the water tank of capacity 20000 Gallons, Complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 33 above but for water reservoir of capacity 14500 Gallons at Jalapahar pump house, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rearm Tar coating after through mixing of base and hardener, the mixed material is applied by means of brush on steel or concrete surfaces. Since the pot-life is very short, application must be done very quickly. The second coat is applied when the first coat is tack free (Inside walls of tank) for tank capacity 20000 Gallons, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 35 above but for water reservoir of capacity 14500 Gallons at Jalapahar pump house, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for leakage proofing coating, consists of two coats of Aqua Arm coat by means of taking a clean container of volume appx. 2.0ltr, stiring the base and hardener thoroughly in their individual packs to achieve uniform consistency. Pour the base and hardener into clean container, mix base and hardener upto a smooth paste like material, after proper mixing of the base and hardener add 500ml of water into the properly mixed paste. Mix the total mass upto a brushable consistancy. Apply the first coat of mixed quantity of Aqua Arm tank coat by brush allow it for 6 to 8 hrs. Allow it to cure completely for 24hrs before applying second coat of Aqua tank coat. The treatment of Aqua Arm tank coat can also be kept open, as the product processes the non toxic property . In such situtation allow it to cure for minimum 3-4 days prior to storage of the water for tank capacity 20000 Gln complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) On completion Guarantee certificate for 10 (Ten) Years for Leak Proofing to be submitted by the contractor/ Authorized applicator to the Engg-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 37 above but for water reservoir of capacity 14500 Gallons at Jalapahar pump house, complete all as specified and as directed.
