The rate should include the cost of fixing the aluminum frame on Teak wood frame or finished wall (RB/RCC/Masonry) surface by means of 80 mm long approved counter sunk screws provided at 500 mm c/c or part there of starting from 100 mm above the bottom in vertical member and 100 mm from both the ends of horizontal top and bottom member excluding cost of Teak frame but including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Same as above item No-04 but for openable window portion as shown in drawings, including cost of Aluminium hinges and all other fittings like concealed tower bolts handles etc of approved quality and including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Provinding & Fixing of Ancor Fastner Wedge type (12 mm dia 50 mm long) including supply of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & Six part of coarse sand (1:6), minimum thickness Not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Supply and Laying 6 mm thick glazed tiles of size 300x450 mm in skirting / dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete,including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying floor of 8 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting of approved brand (Bell, Johnson or equi. make) size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of 16 mm thick granite ( black/ brown) in flooring or skirting ,of approved shade, colour,size and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work, as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 15 above but for every coat after first coat.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting with one coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint on previously painted surface. including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, ( preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-18 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metres.

Dismantling for floors to be stone flagged or tiled floor. including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer In-charge within a distance of 60 metres.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C with in a distance of 60 M.

Dismantling doors or window leaves including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer I/C within a dist. 60 M.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Renewing panes of 4 mm glass including supply of glass with putty and brads including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth, watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work add to the respective items in chap11 (11.09) (Plaster and Pointing).
