SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD OF RANE ENCLAVE AND PROVISION OF CONNECTING ROAD FROM ADM BLOCK TO OTM ACCN UNDER GE JHANSI

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas in any type of soil (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan area) including getting out as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m & not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified & directed.

M and L rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller including filling in, hollows and depression which occur during the process of rolling complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken stone aggregate or quarried stone of 40-63 mm size, inter stices filled, including surface formation, rolling & consolidation with 8 to10 tonne power road roller to required gradient & camber complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) laid in two seperate layer (each layer of 75mm compacted thickness) with crushed stone coarse aggregates (trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) for 1st layer and of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) for second layer, (surfaces of each layer will be blinded with screening materials and moorum, watered consolidated and compacted separately), spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces (unsurfaced water bound macadam) by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or mechanical air compressor machine to remove all loose dirt & applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen VG-30 @ binder content of 4% by weight of total mix (design mix), prepared in hot mix plaint, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibratory roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or mechanical air compressor machine to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed black top surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 10 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed black top surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 10 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.
