Dismantling of overhead ACSR conductor of any size including removing of PC Clamps jumpering etc and kept in safe custody for reuse serviceable ACSR in the work & removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat of size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Laying in GI tubing light grade of 80 mm with necessary fittings as in cable protection in trenches/fixed on wall / floor including necessary clamps bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mm thickness not less than 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25 X 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as per electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point/MCB DBs/Equipment/Machinary all as specified and indicated complete with funnel, charcoal,dust,salt etc and GI Protection pipe 32 mm bore medium grade for protection of GI strip and GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore light grade,40 mm thick precast RCC M15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with suitable handle of 6 mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x4mm frame cover, PCC M-15 (Nominal Mix)pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected including test point, complete, all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Earth lead & protection pipe length upto and including 7.50 meter is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate , gravels etc.

M&L for FRP junction box of size 30X25X15cm, two strip aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 Amps mounted on epoxy insulators weather proof, MCB SP 6 Amps -01 No incuding provision for fixing to electric poles with 02 Nos MS clamps of flat 40 x 6mm suitable size complete with nuts & bolts making connection with cable & including thimbles at suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fixing twin core copper flexible cable of 1.5 sq mm for connection of security lights from junction box to security lights, complete all as specified and as directed.
