PVC wall panelling/ Lining consisting of 5mm thick prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame etc., complete all as per specifications and including taking down of wall panelling with frame and E/M fitting/Fixtures complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates shall be inclusive of refixing of taking down of E/M fittings and fixtures.

18-20mm thick black granite (of any type) work as in skirting/risers over and including 10mm thick screed bed (backing coat) in cement and sand mortar 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer in different tints in sigma / camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel flat as in hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork as required and finishing the top surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made Second class hard wood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or founded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass or wire cloth any number, etc sizes of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I.

Factory made 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block boards core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides (ISI Marked) fixed to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width or aperrture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tackles or stainless steel wire staples fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for stiles and for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube 19mmx19mmx19 gauge and PDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 02 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mmx15mmx15 gauge MS square tube inside the 19mmx15mm MS square tube and suitable screwed complete all as specified and directed.
