3 The Bidder should have experience in handling Social Media mandates for at least five government organization i.e., State/Central Govt./PSUs of India etc. Work Order/Agreement Completion Certificate to be submitted.

4 The Bidder should have minimum 50 experienced professionals in Media/Social Management / Public relation management on its payroll. EPF Challan, Certificate to be Submitted.

5 The Agency should not be blacklisted or debarred by any State/Central Govt./PSUs of India. Self-Declaration (Refer Form-4)

Note: PR and Social Media combined work order will be also considered. Consortium / JV is not allowed in this bid.

1 Social Media Expert (Onsite) 1 The Social Media Expert should hold a Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication / Journlism/Public Relation, or a Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant decipline, with a minimum of three years of experience in the Media and Public Relation field. The Candidate must possess a strong understanding fo the social media and public relations ecosystem and demonstrate excellent skills in English and Hindi

2 Content Writer, Hindia & English (Onsite) 1 The Content Writer should be a graduate in Journalism, or Mass Communication, with a minimum of two years of Experience in content writing and /or copywriting. The Candidate must possess strong profiency and command over the Hindi and English language, with good writing and editing skills.

3 Graphic Designer-cum-Audio/Video Editor (Onsite) 1 The Graphic Designer should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, or a certification in Multimedia/Design or a related field, with minimum or two years of relevant design experience. The Candidate must proficient in Adobe Creative Suit, Canva, and other industry-standard design tools, with a strong creative and Visual design skill set. The Candidate must be proficient in industry standard Audio/Video editing Software and tools.

4 Cameraman-cum-Videographer (Onsite) 2 The Cameraman/Videographer should be graduate in any dicipline, with a minimum of two years of professional experience in photography and videography in reputed organisation.
