Dismantling old and damaged/corroded MS jaal with the help of gas cutter, tool and tackles and specialized labour and shifting the same to proper place as prescribed by engineer in charge.
Making the temporary wooden platform for safe execution of the work with all the required arrangement such as bamboo / MS frame, wooden flat, rassa etc. as per site requirements and dismantling the same after completion of work.
Providing/fixing of MS Channel of Size 150 x 75 mm - 1.20 mtr and grouting the same by casting RCC foundation with all the required materials.
Providing fabricating and fixingof MS structure for Supporting of MS jall by using MS channel of size 150x 75 mm – approx. 20mtr and 100 x 50 mm – approx. 12 mtr with the help of gas cutter, welding machine, specialized labour and long boom crane etc.
Providing fabricating and fixing of 40 mm spacing M. S. jall of size 1.10m x 3.5m consisting of M S angle of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm,M.S. square bar of size 16 mm x 16 mm size and installation/ Leveling of MS jaal with the help of gas cutter, welding machine and specialized labour and required civil work.
Providing fabricating and fixing of 40 mm spacing M. S. jaal of size 4.85m x 0.80 m as per direction, consisting of M S angle of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm ,M.S. square bar of size 16 mm x 16 mm size and installation/ Leveling of M S jall with the help of gas cutter, welding machine and specialized labour and required civil work.
Providing and fabricating of 40 mm spacing M. S. jaal of size 3.25m x 2.65 m as per direction, consisting of M S Channel of size 100x50 mm , angle of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm ,M.S. square bar of size 16 mm x 16 mm size and installation/ Levelling of M S jall with the help of gas cutter, welding machine and specialized labour and required civil work.
Providing fabrication and fixing of MS railing made of MS pipe B class of dia. 40 mm approx. 40 mtr with the help of gas cutter, welding machine and specialized labour and required civil work.
Painting the complete jall with one coat primer and two or more coats of black and railing with Golden yellow anti-corrosive enamel paint as per requirement.
