M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade With Grey Cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone/surface drain of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed

M & L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm using paving bitumen VG 30 grade including rolling ,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen for laying bituminous macadam complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and spreading with machenical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as directed and directed.
