Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep, in any type of soil including forming sides and bottom surfaces to required level / slope / gradients etc for taking down/laying of the pipe lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The disturbed surfaces of roads/paths/plinth etc shall be made good by the contractor to match with the existing surfaces without any extra cost).

Returning, filling in, excavated soil in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing steel tubing and connections of any description/ grade and in any position in trenches/under floors / on walls etc including all fittings/accessories and fixtures such as bends, union,elbow socket etc, all as directed and specified for the following sizes :-

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing of GI fitting of any size upto 15 mm dia to 80 mm dia pipe like union, Tee, long , nipple, bend , male / female socket, dead cap , elbow all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge

Supply, installation, fixing, jointing and testing, ISI Marked, cast iron sluice valve of class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846 of 2000 both ends flanged with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle, jointed with and including jointing material such as rubber or fibre gasket, nuts, bolts washers etc and tested including taking down old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed for following bores :-

M & L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber in replacement 600 x 600 x 950 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6) 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces incl dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains all as specified and directed by Engr in charge
