Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation of laying of pipe etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/burning out of leaking and damaged lead joints of the existing CI mains from the position including removing the old lead carefully with out damaging to the pipe complete for the following bore of pipes :- (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply,laying ductile iron pressure pipes,class K9,centrifugally cast with socket spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen suitable for rubber gasket push-on-joints (rubber gasket D joining)/Flange jointing,including rubber gasket and joining materials in any length,complete all as specified and as directed for pipes of the following bores:

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

(c) 150 mm dia

(d) 200 mm dia

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all directed for pipes of the following bores:

M&L for valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm (internal ) with brick masonary valve chamber, PCC foundation, plastering and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement and necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/bolts etc and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete including demoliton/dismantling of existing unserviceable valve pit all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but size of valve chamber 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cast iron Air Release Valve conforming to IS:14845 including jointing and testing commissioning of Air Release valve of 150mm dia bore,flanged end drilled with nuts ,bolts,washers and gaskets complete including cutting of existing CI pipe line and connected items including making good the disturbed sufaces complete all as specified and directed (CI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately)
