Supplying of following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required..

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Fabrication, Supplying and installation of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of suitable size not less than 400mm deep made out of M.S. sheet 2mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 300 amp, 4 strip aluminium busbars with heat shirikable coloured sleeves and DMC/SMC busbar supports etc double door with two nos. godown locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, duly fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (NS) 120 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with aluminum thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd. Supplying & Fixing of following accessorries in the existing cubical panel board/feeder pillar including connection testing etc. as reqd. (For Street Light Poles) (Size Not less than 1.3 Sqm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Installation of existing octagonal/Swaged poles along with street light fittings upto 12/10/8 mtr length from Cement concrete foundation by the help of crane of suitable capacity and with manual labour i/c loading and carriage/ transportation by suitable truck from PWD Sub Division office at Rama Road JE(E) store to various sites upto distance of 35 Kms of PWD Roads. if any mishappening will occur during entire work only the agency will be the responsible.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm.(L) X 600 mm. wide and 1500 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 1660mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2200mm (approx) - 10nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required along with foundation bolt M-24 x 850mm EN 8 grade having 2 galvanised locking nuts with 2 galvanised plain washer (as per item below) including welding the nuts and providing 63 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required. (For 8,10 & 12 Mtr Pole)

Supplying and fixing of 40 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. a) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 No. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. b) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos of 4x25 sqmm cable. c) The nuts and bolts shall be welded..

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of 1000 mm long Single / double / triple/Circular arm bracket(Thickness minimum 3MM) over hang with tightening bolt etc. as per design approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture powder coated pressure die cast aluminum body with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, freq 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -15 deg to 50 deg centigrade, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2 , P. F.≥0.95, IP- 66,IK-10, CRI >80, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMIEMC As per CISPR 15 , lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED,Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. Fabricating, Supplying & Fixing wire mesh protection frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle & "T" strengthened with intermediate members of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally & vertically and duly welded with wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire mash of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of double door gate with double locking arrangement ( Two Nos. sliding bolts and One No go down lock) having 0.5 mtr. long legs of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron, duly grouted in cement concrete foundation ration 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate), up to suitable depth painting with one coat of red oxide & Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade etc. complete as reqd.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (C CLASS HEAVY) in existing trench with G.I. fittings and re-filling etc as required – 50 mm dia.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supply of Astro Mini Timer in the existing cubical Panel with suitable connection etc as reqd.

Supply of Power contactor 3 pole , 110 A, 415 volt (MNX-110/similar make).

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.
