In case of other than Company/Proprietary firm Annexure V 'A' shall alsobe submitted by the each member of a Partnership firm/Joint Venture(JV)/Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)etc.Non submission of the certificate (Annexure V 'A'), or submission ofcertificate either not properly filled in, or in a format other than theprescribed format shall lead to summary rejection of your offer.

Uploading of GST Registration Certificate. Not required in case of JV.

In case of Hindu Undivided Family, uploading of notarised affidavit on Stamp Paper declaring that he who is submitting the tender on behalf of HUF is in the position of 'Karta' of Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) and he has the authority, power and consent given by other members to act on behalf of HUF. The documents are mandatory in case of HUF.

In case of Partnership Firm, uploading of following documents. 1) A notarised copy of partnership deed or a copy of the partnership deed registered with the registrar. 2) A notarised or registered copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to tender for the work, sign the agreement etc. and create liability against the firm. The documents are mandatory in case of partnerhip firm.

In case of Company registered under Companies Act, 2013, uploading of the following documents 1) Memorandum of Association of the company 2) Articles of Association of the company 3) Certificate of Incorporation 4) Authorization or Power of Attorney issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the company and create liability against the company. The documents are mandatory in case of company registered under Companies Act, 2013.

In case of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), uploading of the following documents 1) LLP agreement 2) Certificate of Incorporation 3) Power of Attorney or Authorization issued by the LLP in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP and create liability against the LLP. The documents are mandatory in case of LLP.

In case of registered society or registered trust uploading of the following documents 1) Certificate of Registration 2) Memorandum of Association of Society or Trust Deed 3) Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign the tender documents and create liability against the society or trust 4) Rules and Regulations of the Society. The documents are mandatory in case of registered society or registered trust.
