M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting and grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate condition) for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforcement with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface application including preparation of new surface of membrane including removal of old water proofing treatment and applying two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on steel /aluminium roof covering of any description, priming surface and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt of (minimum 2mm thick) grade 2 complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works in two layers of 10mm & 5mm thick using water proofing compound for outer layer of 5mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound. Make : Pidilite/Sika or equivalaent as approved by GE.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
