M&L for comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of central Air conditioning plant Make : Voltas of capacity 300 TR (200 TR working at a time and 100 TR stand by when required) Model : EGWFXR1001MLB2 and connected ventilation system existing at 39 FAD Bharatpur as per manufacturers instructions by authorised dealer of company for 3 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 100 TR , each single stage, 3000 RPM,415 Volts, 3 Phase,50 Hz, semihermatic electric motor of capacity 67 KW, shell and tube type condensor with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM with carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit, including descaling of machine and connected water pipeline using suitable chemical for descaling of shell and tube type evaporator alongwith valve arrangement for the descaling work , greasing , lubrication of moving parts and finding out leakage in the system, leakage repair including brazing, Nitrogen Testing, providing brass check valves/nuts and recommissioning of 300 TR water cooled Screw Chiller complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor shall submit a report of inspection and verified the correctness of chiller system/Plant as per OEM and cost to this affect shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Cost of spares, refrigrant and compressor oil as wherever required to be replaced/ replenished shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only and labour cost of repair and replacement is deemed to be included in quoted rate of item item No 1.

Supply only New Lube oil for Screw compressor all as per specification of OEM standard (SOLSET-120) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Drier Core as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Danfoss.

Supply only Refrigerant R-134A in the system to its rating capacity to the extent to full fill required temperature conditions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only temperature sensors in the incoming/outgoing water pipeline of the chiller unit all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pressure transducers on the chiller unit all as per existing site and specifications complete all as specified and directed. Make: MCS Control/Danfoss.

Supply only driver for Expansion valve all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. Make: MCS Control/Danfoss.

Supply only Switching Fuse Unit (SFU) in chiller unit panel of Capacity-160-200 Amps 415 V AC complete all as specified and directed. Make : Siemens or equivelent item of other specified make listed as per Appx 'B' particular specification.

M&L for complete overhauling of condenser/chiller centrifugal pumpset of 20LPS and 12.5HP motor by engaging sufficient man power and suiatble T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnection suction and discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the pumpset from MS Foundation including Greasing, replacement of spares if required Alignment of pump and refit the same complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Replacement of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this sch 'A'. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to included the cost of miscellaneous items such as cotton waste, grease and other consumables etc.

M&L for complete overhauling to Hot water generator of 200KW, output by unscrewing and draining out water to detect leakages, welding wherever necessary, removing burnt heater by unscrewing nuts and bolts, cleaning, removing slit etc from bottom level of tank, scrapping out rust/algae including putting insulation sleeves to bare conductors replacement of spares and re-assembling all the dismantled components and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this sch 'A'.

M&L for complete overhauling to AHUs of Capacity 8000CFM complete with various accessories i.e. blower with casing, Chiller water coil, Hot water coil, filter & Filter frame, drive motor, humidification kit, motorised control valves, control panel including descaling of chilled/hot water coils, Greasing, Lubricating of moving parts and Repair/Replacement of bush, thrust plate, gland packing, driver pully, driver shaft and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) AHU chilled/hot water coils using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sledge/dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to the copper coil then wash the cooling with fresh water and air blower upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrap down and rub out with sand paper then apply two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be completed upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing AHU Pre Filter of Box Type for one AHU unit, Efficiency 90% down to 10 Microns and EU-4, 04 Nos X Size 610 x 610 x 50mm Depth and CFM - 8000 as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fixing AHU Fine Filter of Bag Type For one AHU unit , Efficiency (95% to 98%) down to 10 Microns and EU-6, 04 Nos X Size 610 x 610 x 305mm Depth and CFM - 8000 as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make : Thermadyne or equivelent item of other specified make listed as per Appx 'B' particular specification.

M&L for repair of AHU motor suitable for AC plants/Dehumidifier unit/Air washer of motor capacity 7.5HP by dismantling it from weather making unit of AHU, replacement of Bushes, bearings by opening nuts bolts and removing electrical connections of the motor, replacement of V type Belt with new belt, replacement of stator and rotor assembly, winding of motor with Copper enameled wire of required thickness as existing, replacement and alignment of shaft, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Fully automatic star delta starter in existing panel for motors of Cap-12.5 HP of relay range 13-22 Amp, complete all as specified and directed. Make L&T or equivelent item of other specified make listed as per Appx 'B' particular specification.

M&L for preventive maintenance of Water softening plant of Capacity 50m3/day comprising of the water softener, Non chemical type scale preventor of 150mm dia, for designed hardness 600PPM, product hardness <5 PPM Make: Indian Ion exchange complete alongwith periodic replacement of filters and softners and resin chemicals carried out in each month complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement LT XLPE copper armoured power cable 3 core of size 6 sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty including all accessories for connection from panel board to chiller/condensor motor unit incl testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting the fault of 3 x 100TR capacity of AC Plants and any location by providing skilled Refrigerant Mechanic/Skilled Elect & helper with necessary safety and working equipment such as, multimeter ,speedometer and other required tools and plants and rectified the defects on top priority basis/as and when required including testing to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and bringing the same upto 30 cm above normal ground level with plug at top including pipe fittings etc complete and GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI strip upto 1.5 Meter complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Part-I. Note: earth pit cover is to be made 10mm MS Plate with the projection to overlap the four side of the road covered up to 10 cm with collapsible MS Handle including taking out old unserviceable earthing.
