M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surface of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot's moulds, moss efflorescent salts& trading oil, greasy spots and filling cracks/holes with cement base wall care putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for prepartion of plastered or unplastered old deorated surfces by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot mould moss efforescent salt & trading oil and grease spots and filling cracks/holes with cement base wall care putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper as on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and aplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for preparation of old paited surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces of walls (In Patches ), area ecx 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 3.00 sqm, which is damage due to seepage or any other reason & preparing and levelling the disturbed surfaces by using cement base wall care putty to obtain even and smooth wall surfaces of that portion and using sand paper and then applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty on wall or ceiling old / new plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and fair. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1: 4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair including scafolding for two/three storey building complete all as specified and as directed.
