Providing and Fixing of Colour Coated Double skin 50 mm thick Puff Panel with Density of 40 +/- 2 kg/m3. effective with of panel wil be 1000 mm length of the panel can be varied from 2 m to 11 m, roof Galvalume profile sheets shape and pitch of corrugation as approved Profile make (0.45 BMT) 0.50 total coated thickness, High tensile with min 550 Mpa Yield strength metallic hot dip coated with AI-Zn alloy (55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) as per AS 1397 / IS15961 - Zincalume Az 150. The steel sheet shall have brand making of JSW or TATA BSL The sheet Shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size 100 mm with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces etc complete..

Providing and Fixing of 600 DIA Turbo ventilator with 2mm thick Polycorbonite Base for suitable for 50 mm thick PUFF Panel based as same Profile with necessary arrangements and applying of silicon and Brutail tape etc complete.

Providing and fixing of Polycorbonite Skylight for suitable for 50 mm thick puff sheets with matching of same profile with necessary arrangements and applying of silicon and brutal tape etc complete.

Structual steel work riverted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, inclding cutting hoisting fixing in postion and applying a primary coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over premier.

Desgin, Manufacture, supply erection testing & Commissioning of 15 Ton capacity Non-flame proof double girder EOT crane controls complete with long travel and cross travel movements including micro speeds through VVF drive for hoist, CT & LT operations as per IS 807/3177 and other relevant IS standards of the latest revision including, insulated busbar and excluding gantry rails etc., complete. These new cranes are to be installed in where one 15Ton Crane is in operation in each bay for the following specification with anti collision control system including cable shall be provided on existing crane and new crane in each bay to avoid the collision of the cranes during individual operation/ tandem operation including Crane Load weighing system with Shear pin type load cell, Remote display (Min 100mm Letter Size) and controller for over load protection with audio-visual indication for existing 15Ton EOT cranes – 3nos and new 15T EOT cranes- 3nos. PART-II, Erection, Testing and commissioning

Erection, testing and commissioning of 15 Ton Capacity crab type EOT crane mentioned in item S. NO. 6 of Part- I as per the relevant IS standards inclusive of installations of complete Crane completion of all electrical and mechanical works including perfomance tests with no load, Full load and over load testing as per the approved QA plan etc. complete.

Erection, testing and commissioning of Shrouded type current collection system complete as per the item S. NO. 6 of Part- I over the crane bay including tapping of supply of electrical panel testing & Handing over the crane as per the approved QA plan etc. complete.

Crane Load weighing System:

Supply and commissioning of Crane Load weighing system with Shear pin type load cell, Remote display (Min 100mm Letter Size) and controller for over load protection with audio-visual indication for 5Ton EOT cranes

Extension of 11KV HT panel Outdoor Type Supply, installation, testing comnmissioning of Extension of 11KV HT panel outdoor type, floor mounted metal clad, 11KV, VCB panel totally enclosed & electrically interlocked, horizontal drawout. Horizontal isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, as per specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break trip free mechanism, manually charged and closing breaker suitable for use on 11KV, 3Phase ,50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 18.4 kA, complete with self contained electrically interlocked rackin and rack out mechanism, breaker, featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicater with hnd trip device, spring release coil, shunttrip coil and auxiliary switch of 4No +4 NC and equipped with following. Manually and motor operated, spring charged (release closing mechanism) trip free type,triple pole truck mounted draw out, vacuum circuit breaker, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication. Spring charge/discharge mechanical indication "OFF" push buttons for emergency trip (shrouded) test/service position limit switches with 6 NO/6 NC breaker auxilliary contacts in service position, 24 Volts DC shunt trip coil and strip heater to prevent moisture absorption.

Note: All spare contacts of breaker or any other equipment inside the breaker shall be wired upto the outgoing terminal strip with appropriate ferrules / coding. The terminal strip rating shall be suitable for connecting two wires of 2.5sqmm subjected to providing minimum size strip suitable for 4/6sqmm.

Supply of following size 11KV grade(E) XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor. The cable shall conform to IS 7098/ Part II.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with cast resin compound, including ferrule and other jointing materials, for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Route Marker

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply, testing commissioning of 100 KVA UPS system , high perfomance UPS fully digital and micraprocessor controlled with Galavnic isolation transfomer complete, with battery racks, battery to battery, interconnection cable (10 Meter distance), Battery breaker. with MSF battery to provide 60 min battery backup on full load Batteries : 1 Set consist of 150Ah, 88 Nos.
