Providing corrugated galvenised Iron sheet roofingn of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc.to be measured and paid separately). size 0.63 mm thick. a) Over hoist bridge of U/S

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed ( 0.63 mm thick) (i) 150 mm lapping

Painting on Roof surface: Painting two coats on new G.C.I sheets with ready mixed anticorrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over G.C.I sheets to give an even shade including the cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dust ,dirt, grease and other foreign matter with water complete a) Over hoist bridge of U/S (for both surface = 100x2)

b) Over hoist bridge of R/S (for both surface = 424x2)

c) Over hoist bridge of H/R gate (for both surface = 42.925 x 2)

Under sluice And River Sluice Gate: Dismantaling of old and damaged M.S. section for bottom seal, skin plate of under sluice gate and river sluice gate including platform of Hoist bridge and carrying the cut pliece of M.S. section complete with stacking the same to a safe distance as directed including supply, fabrication and erection of dismantled M.S. section complete as directed for (a) 4 Nos. of bottom seal of length 7.10 M each made of 8mm thick M.S. plate having web 200mm and flange 100mm with a patch of stainless steel of size 8mm thick x 100 width having length as per bottom channel with 16mm dia. M.S. rod cladding at a distance of 546mm apart at both sides. (b) 8 Nos. of river sluice gate as skin plate section made of 10mm thick M.S. of size 1.20 M X 6.50 M each. (c) 4 Nos. of under sluice gate as skiln plate made of 10mm thick M.S. of size - 3.00M x 6.50M each (d) Platform of over hoist bridge made of 6mm thick M.S. plate of section - 75.215 sq.m

Labour Cost:

Painting: Synthetic enamel paint, aluminium paint _ bituminus paint on steel and other metal surfeces. Bu removing old paint from steel with paint remover and other metal surface and making the surface even.

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

ELECTRIFICATION & GENERATOR SET: Supplying and drawing of Sub-Main line over ground laid in air with PVC / XLPE insulated H/D Power Cable with alluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volt conforming to I.S. 1554 (Pt-I) I.S. - 7098 (Pt-I) with latest amendments including making cable terminal by suitable lug as per requirement as directed for cable size:- a) 4 Core x 16 sq.mm (Armoured)

b) 2 Core x 10 sq.mm (Armoured)

c) 2 Core x 4 sq.mm (Armoured)

Supply with erection and commissioning of 3.10 M long seamless straight steel tubular pole having a base plate of size - 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick and 4 (four) Nos. of cleat welded at equidistance at the base plate and pole. The base plate is to be drilled having 20mm dia. at four corners for erecting the pole over hoist bridge as directe. The pole header to be permanently welded with arms and to be fitted at the top of the pole with provision of nuts and bolts. The header and arms are to be painted with two coats of metal primer and two coats of aluminum paint complete as directed.

Supply including fitting fixing of arm made of seamless straight tubular M.S. Section having 48.30mm dia 3.25mm thickness and 2.00 Mtr. Long. The arms should be properly fixed with hoist bridge by welding supported by a tie of M.S. angel size 35mm x 35mm x 6mm. The arm and the tie are to painted with two coats of metal primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete as directed.

Supply with fitting fixing of sheet steel cable cable junction box of size 400mm x 200mm x 150mm made of 2mm thick M.S. sheet with provision for hinge door and panel locking arrangement complete with painting by 2 coats of metal primer and 2 coats of enameled glass paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an shape including cleaning surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, the box is to be fitted on the bottom section of pole with minimum 165mm dia x 25mm x 5mm size flat iron pole clamp complete with making necessary connection as required comprising the following items:

Supply with fitting fixing 1 x 50 watt HPSV integral types street luminaries consisting of single piece integral epoxy gray powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, P.O.T. optics reflector and heat resistant toughtened pay carbonate cover along with accessories like 33 MFD condenser, lamp holder, ballast 150 watt HPSV SON (1) lamp etc. including making necessary connection with 2.5 sq.mm I.R. multistrength & PVC insulated single core copper cable over 3.1M tong tubular pole having 2 arms complete as directed. Supply with fitting fixing of integral type flood light luminaries consisting of single piece integral epoxy power coated pressure die cast aluminiu housing complete with 1 x 250 watt HPSV lamp including making necessary connection with 2.50 sq.mm multistand and PVC insulated copper conductor cable over arm below the hoist bridge complete as directed. Supply with fitting fixing of 20 watt CFL bulb with wiring by 1.5 sq.mm x 2 x single core PVC insulated copper cable complete with pendent holder and shed comprising operating system by 4 (four) switch equal for distribution system.
