a) Construction on EPC Basis RCC framed structure buildings Demonstration Shed,Dying Centre,Weaving Sheds,Packaging and Ware house,Museum With an Integrated Administrative Centre, Visitor's Transit,Retail Stalls,Exhibition Arena,Restaurant cum Food court,Exhibitor’s Dormitory,Tourist Cottages,Staff Quarters,Toilet Blocks,Handloom Interpretation cum Display Centre,Show Room,Laundry,Crèche,Entrance Gate and Gatehouse,Security Room,Gate -2, etc. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

b) Open Parking Area

EXTERNAL SITE DEVELOPMENT WORK Roads, Footpath with PCC base, 60 mm thick paver block, Levelling, Earth Filling, Overhead tank without independent staging, HORTICULTURE & LANDSCAPING etc.

External plumbing & sewerage work:- External water supply, external sewage work, external storm water drainage work, rain water harvesting, borewell, deep tubewell, water supply pumps, septic tank, etc.

External Electrical Fixtures, Fittings, DB’s, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which requires maintenance ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Comprehensive maintenance ESS, DG SETS, CCTV System, campus lighting, Fire fighting with wet riser system, Transformer units after three-year warranty charges/maintenance. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Internal electric installations, Testing and commissioning of acoustical works, false ceiling, Accessories, Audio visual system, Power wiring and plugs, Lighting conductors, Lift etc. including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
