Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -III as per Technical Specification Clause 404 including all leads and lifts .

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including all leads and lifts .

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm as per MORTH Specification clause 503 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and Cement/lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity as per MORTH Specification clause 505 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and Cement/lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacityas per MORTH Specification clause 507 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holesbas per MORTH Specification clause 803 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts .

Earth work in excavation by mechenically maens (hydraulic excavator / manual mean in foundation, tranches of drains (not exceed 1.5 mtr in with or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5 m including gatting out the excavated soil and dispsal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with a laed of 50mtr as per drawing and as per MoRT&H technical specification Clause 304 including all lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per drawing and MORTH Technical SpecificationscLAUSE 1500,1700& 2100 including all leads and lifts .

Providing and fixing single moulded with/without twin shank reflective cat eyes size 100x90x20mm made of polycarbonate and ABS mioded body and reflative panels with micro prismatic lens fixed with road surface using epoxy adhesive & nails complete as per clause 804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specificaton (company 3M only) as per MORTH Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts .
