M&L Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution)@ .5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on chajjas/lintel etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement in patches.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 in on surface of walls and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) in patches.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/chajja/lintel and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surface applying two coat of "Birla White wall care putty"or" JK Wall Care Putty "to make the entire surface free from undulations all as specified.

M&L Preparing New putty wall surfaces, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any shade on walls surfaces

Dismantling AC/ CGI/ translucent ( corrugated, semicorrugated,etc), as in roof covering complete.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position complete.

M&L roof trusses (framed ), trussed, purlins, rails & fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, etc) incl distance pieces, cleats , holdfast etc complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for MS flat (wind tie) as roof sheet securing incl distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc fixed with L- type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC .

All as per item No 15 above but exept sheet

M & L Asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6 mm thick fixed with 'J' type hook bolts etc complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving n exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, coping, window cill etc complete.

M&L antifungal Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade Complete.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 300 x300 x7mm thick in floors etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete

M&L coloured ceramic glazed tiles 375x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick as in dado/skirting etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement.

M&L joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete

M&L joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in, skirting, dado, etc incl 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete

M&L 18 to 20mm thick Granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including circular cutting,chamfering of edges as required.
