Dismantling the 60 HP motor from base frame after decoupling it from pump of 2 cusec discharge and then dismantling the pump from base frame of unit III at LIS Zanihal. Carriage of pump to road side using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour passing through nallah and hilly terrain (Approximately 800 Mtrs). Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for repair and carriage back to lift station in the same manner after conducting necessary repair. The job includes cost of manual labour hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges through head load and mechanical transport(to & fro) Repairs to 2 cusec discharge 45 Mtrs. head pump at workshop by way of dismantling it for extraction of old damaged and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves ,check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Repair to impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to size, also repair to pump shaft of stainless steel by way of welding, turning, machining, threading& finishing to the required size. P/F of 1No. gland bush, 1No. chuck nut, 2Nos. bearings, sleeves. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing, oil paper. Fabrication of new gland set and P/F of new rubber star cushioning for star coupling as per sample. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS Zanihal. Dismantling of the damaged 60 HP motor at workshop for repairs to rotor by way of rebuilding, turning of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, P/F of new bearings as per sample and sleeves (DE & NDE). P/F of bearing end cover plate 01No. Complete greasing of the bearings and assembling the rotor and stator. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. Repairs to 60 HP Star Delta starter of unit III by way of extracting the damaged worn-out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contacts. Repairs to tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn out thimbles, by way of cutting the burnt ends of cables and then P/F of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes. Toping up transformer oil by 06 litres. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges at LIS Zanihal. Repair to sluice valve 8 inch. dia at LIS Zanihal by way of dismantling its top portion and extracting the stem rod, flap, seat etc. Fabrication and fitting of stem rod with GM nut 1 no, fabrication/fitting of GM body seat rings, GM rings for flap.Fabrication and fitting of gland bracket with gland stud/nut one set. Replacement of bolt, nuts & rubber gaskets. P/f of gland packing. The complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for dismantling and fitting of valves for unit no.III at site. Repair to reflux valve of 200mm dia by way of dismantling the top cover of reflux valve by opening the damaged/rusted nuts, bolt and extracting out the damaged flap assembly along with shaft and bushes. Fabrication of flap assembly for reflux valve of CI by casting to shape and turning to require size, making of holes at proper place for fitting of nuts and bolts with packing ring after P/F of heavy duty rubber packing sheet in between packing ring and flap with the help of new nuts and bolts. Repair to supporting arms by fabrication and fitting off main nuts and bolts. Fabrication of bushes as per sample and fabrication of rod by turning and polishing to the size of bushes. Checking to and fro working of flap. Fitting of top cover after P/F of new hexagonal fasteners and heavy duty packing sheet and tightening properly. Installation of reflux valve by P/F of hexagonal fasteners & rubber sheet joint on both side of flanged in-between reflux valve and rising main. Also repair to the foot valve of 8” of unit III by way of dismantling. Dismantling of foot valve, fabrication of resting plate out of MS plate by turning, boring, drilling holes as per size and making proper hinge arrangement for lifting plate. P/F of leather washer cut to size. P/F new strainer of desired size. Fitting of the foot valve with new nuts & bolts, gasket sheet to suction pipe and testing Complete at LIS Zanihal. The job also involves p/f of bypass priming system on reflux valve which includes 1.25” dia pipe 04feet approximately along with 02Nos bends, 01 No union and 01 No nipple and 01No ball valve of same dia Complete job include cost of material, carriage, labour charges and testing on full load.

Repair to Monorail overhead crane assembly and starter of capacity 75HP of unit III at LIS KatalBatal.

Dismantling the monorail overhead crane assembly by unscrewing the nuts and bolts and lowering the chain pulley block of 5 Ton capacity from the monorail trolley with the help of manual labour using platform stair and other required tools and tackles at site.Then unscrewing the nuts and bolts of wheels to extract the monorail trolley from the overhead hoisting channel and lowering it down with the help of manual labour.Carriage to roadside and then loading in load carrier for shifting to workshop for repairs. Complete dismantling the monorail trolley at workshop to extract the damaged parts like bush/bearing , pins, wheels, gears and drive wheel gear along with chain.Replacement of bearing/bush-04Nos.,pins and locks-04Nos.,and wheels-02 Nos.Also replacing the driving wheel gears along with the chains for to and fro movement. Assembling the monorail trolley after proper greasing.Carriage back to the site at roadside,shifting it to the place of installation then fitting the monorail trolley on overhead hoisting channel.Attaching the chain pulley block to the monorail assembly and then checking the function of monorail assembly on full load.The complete job includes cost of material, labour, transportation charges and tools and tackles charges at site. Dismantling the 75 HP oil immersed star delta starter from installed position of pumping unit no. III after disconnecting all electrical connections from input and output side. Carriage of the starters to workshop for repair. The job includes extracting the damaged copper contact points both moving and fixed, thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system , overload relay and replacing the same with new ones , minor repairs to operating mechanism . Providing/filling of 10 litres transformer oil for topping of starter after de-moisturing the existing oil. Back carriage of the starters to LIS for reinstallation, commissioning and testing on full load and no load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing charges at site.
