Supply and Errection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including one coat one primer , one under coat and one finishing coat of coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work and PCC for poles will be paid and measured separetely.

Material and Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and draw Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced 11KV over head lines in repairs including jumpering and fastening of conductor with insulator by using new annealed aluminium binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate considered inclussive of cutting of tree branches obstructing to the OH line (clearance should be 2 Mtr from OH line and tree branches should be above the OH line)

Material and Labour for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay / spread in trenches, river sand including cleaning, spreading, levelling, punning for laying /cushioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Only Punning thickness shall be measured and paid.

Dismantling of steel poles/ struts, any size including disconnection of OH line , demolition of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete form OH line and setting asidefor re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type, any size from OH line complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete. (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Restinging of existing HT 11 KV OH Line of ACSR conductor with permissable sag including renewal of jumpers all as specified and directed. Note : Quotated Rate including cutting of tree branches obstracting to the OH line with minimum clearance of 2 mtr .

Dismantling of earth wire from OH line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 mix, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of painting steel & iron structure surfaces of 2/4 pole structure, painting to chainlink fencing of 2/4 pole structure and substations yard with one coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed. Note : 2/4 Pole or chainlink fencing or substation yard complete painting measured as one job.

Material and Labour for UG Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 3core 400 sq. mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and Filtrations of transformer oil of distribution transformer of different capacities through stream line filter unit to increase di -electric strength (BDV) of transformer oil not less then 50 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap including topping up transformer oil to the required level as indicated to each transformer and testing, transformer oil before and after filtration submission of records of test in duplicate complete all as specified and directed. Note: Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for Transformer oil confirming to IS 335/93 grade suitable to topping up of transformers and OLTC tank through stream line filters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling the 11 KV HT Supply and isolating the distribution transformer of capacity 50/63/100/125/160/200 KVA draining out the insulating oil from the tank for dehydration. Removing the damaged gasket and replace the same size / thickness of new gasket in conservatory tank oil indicator, inlet outlet valve gasket in position replacing the defective, burnt bushes with gaskets and brass studs if required re filling back drained transformer oil and ensuring no leakages of oil from any part of the transformers and then testing energizing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Fresh transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (b) Bushes and brass studs will be measured and paid separately. all as directed.

Material and Labour for replacing silica gel air breather container clear view type, first fill of good quality silica gel complete all as specified and directed. Make: Suvida or equivalent as approved by GE

Material and labour for dismantling all electric connections and taking down the transformer 63/100 KVA outdoor type, transporting to the reputed workshop, opening the top cover carefully, decanting the transformer oil in drum , taking out the core assembly and burnt winding of HT side and rewinding with existing guage and size of copper conductor wire , with proper insulation , heating the core assmbly inside heat chamber upto required insulation level as per manufacturer instruction and lowering down inside the casing of tranformer , connecting tap changer wiring , filling of dehydrated transformer oil and testing complete , transporting to site and commissioing after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a)Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately for topping up 3.15/4 MVA. (b) The Servicing will be done by authorized dealers only.

Material and labour for dismantling all electric connections and taking down the transformer 125/160 KVA outdoor type, transporting to the reputed workshop, opening the top cover carefully, decanting the transformer oil in drum , taking out the core assembly and burnt winding of HT side and rewinding with existing guage and size of copper conductor wire , with proper insulation , heating the core assmbly inside heat chamber upto required insulation level as per manufacturer instruction and lowering down inside the casing of tranformer , connecting tap changer wiring , filling of dehydrated transformer oil and testing complete , transporting to site and commissioing after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a)Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately for topping up 3.15/4 MVA. (b) The Servicing will be done by authorized dealers only.

Material and labour for dismantling all electric connections and taking down the transformer 200/250 KVA outdoor type, transporting to the reputed workshop, opening the top cover carefully, decanting the transformer oil in drum , taking out the core assembly and burnt winding of HT side and rewinding with existing guage and size of copper conductor wire , with proper insulation , heating the core assmbly inside heat chamber upto required insulation level as per manufacturer instruction and lowering down inside the casing of tranformer , connecting tap changer wiring , filling of dehydrated transformer oil and testing complete , transporting to site and commissioing after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a)Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately for topping up 3.15/4 MVA. (b) The Servicing will be done by authorized dealers only.

Material and labour for repair/ maintenance of On Load Tap changer (OLTC) system of power transformer 3.15 MVA / 4 MVA , 33 KV / 11 KV , including dismantling the connections such as oil surge relay , electrical connection etc draining complete oil from the OLTC tank, Opening the top cover of OLTC chamber carefully, checking the stuffing box assembly, bearing assembly oil seal of main shaft, cleaning the fixed and moving contacts, lubricating of the mechanism, checking the tightness of the contacts, checking the electrical connections of the tightness of the tap position indicator resistor disc and transissions of the limit switches, Tap position indicator resistor disc and transission resistors etc. Removing the old wort out gasket and providing top cover and reassembling the dismantled parts and top up the oil and testing for proper working and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately. (b) The Servicing will be done by authorized dealers only.

Material and labour for painting the transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour smoke gray including scraping and removing the old painted surfaces painting with two coats of supper enameled paint for following:-

(a) Transformer 11 KV / 433 Volts 3 Phase 63 KVA capacity

(b) -do- but to 100 KVA capacity

(c) -do- but of 125 KVA capacity

(d) -do- but of 160 KVA capacity

(e) -do- but of 200/250 KVA capacity

Material and Labour for repair and servicing of existing VCB porcelain clad 250/300 AMPS 33 KV out door 50H, 750MVA of Make MEGA WIN SWITCH GEAR Type MSP 36 by replacing all unserviceable parts, contactor, realy,meters tripping coil ,cleaning of fixed and moving contacts, greasing of all movable mechanisum, replacement of fuses wiring and closing/ tripping oil and all other minor spares etc and testing on completion for satisfactory functioning of VCB including meters, indicators, relay and closed/tripping colis all as specified and directed. Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only.

Material and Labour for opening the cover of VCBs 11 KV and servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of defective components of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters tripping coil , caliberation of over load protection relay , time delay relay /earth fault relay ,over and under voltage relay, auxilary and master trip relay, smart demand controller etc. Clening the fixed and moving contact inside the VCBs properly , servicing and graesing all movable machanisum , replacement of defective fuses , wirirng and reassembling and testing complete for smooth functioning of VCB all relays ,meters, indicators etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge and manufacturer instruction. Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only.

Material and Labour for Servicing of on load tap changer(OLTC) system of 11/0.4 KV, 2.5 MVA power transformer including servicing of RTCC panel with automatic voltage regulator , repair and replacement of defective components such as fuse carriers, cut outs, indicators meters etc checking and repair of wiring and made the panel serviceable in auto operation including functioning of OLTC system, relays, indicater meter complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge and manufacturer instruction. Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only.

Material and Labour for Servicing of RTCC Panel of 33 KVA Transformer with automatic voltage regulator , repair and replacemet of defective components such as fuse carriers, cut outs, indicators meters etc checking and repair of wiring and made the panel serviceable in auto operation including functioning of RTCC system, relays, indicater meter etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge and manufacturer instruction Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only.

Taking down old earthing and Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically, earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised strip 32x 6mm, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washeres made out of GI including protection pipe GI light grade 40 mm size and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade all as shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I, connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil,removal of surplus soil, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for earth pit cover 6 Nos of 8mm dia CTD bar , RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead from earth plate electrode to main switch board etc., complete.

Material and Labour for removing the worn out rubber mat and laying new rubber mat of size 2mx1mx12mm thick suitable for 11000 Volts Electric Supply as per ISI standard ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance, testing and Servicing of CT/PT of 33 KV capacity including repair to get correct current & voltage ratio replacement of old gasket with new gasket of same type/size and topping up of new oil of same grade and replacement of old nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.
