Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel, erection of monorail, hoist and miscellaneous structures at KKNPP-3and4

Supply of structural steel materials of various shapes and sections (angle, beam and channel, etc), rounds, plates, flats, etc, confirming to IS2062-2011 and grade E250 with quality of steel BR/C or its equivalent approved by NPCIL. This includes assessment of material requirement as per the approved drawings, procurement of materials of NPCIL approved make with test certificates, sample test of materials, delivery at site, handling, loading and unloading, transportation and storage, inspection at contractor's store, preparation of IMIR(Incoming Material Inspection Report), arrangement of manpower, tools and tackles, P&M, etc as per EIC instruction.

Bending of I beams (monorail beams) size upto 300mm to the required profile and radius of curvature with cold process as per approved procedures/drawings at KKNPP premises. This includes preparation of procedure, quality plan, reports, handling, transportation of materials from site to bending shopfloor and vice versa, required manpower, Plant&Machineries, tools and tackles, material handling equipment, loading and unloading of materials, storage, preservation, consumables and PPEs, etc., as per EIC instruction.

Erection of any type and profile of crane rail confirming to ISCR(Indian standard crane rail section / KP(Russian standard crane rail section)/ISMB (Indian Standard Medium weight Beam) inclusive of all accessories and fasteners, receipt of materials from EIC store, cutting of rails to the required length, splicing of rails with welding/bolting, grit blasting, painting and finishing as per approved drawings and specification / manufacturer instruction manual / erection and alignment procedures at various elevations and buildings of KKNPP-3&4. This item includes preparation of procedures, cutting plan, Quality plan, reports, transportation and storage of materials to erection site from EIC store within KKNPP premises, required manpower, machineries, tools and tackles, erection equipments, material handling equipment, fitup and welding of rail accessories like rail clamps and stoppers, etc., as per approved drawings, alignment and clamping of rails, torquing of clamp bolts, calibrated measuring instruments, torque wrenches of various range with calibration, Total station instrument with surveyor for alignment inspection of rails, supply of welding electrodes and consumables, housekeeping and PPEs, etc. as per EIC instruction. (Erection of scaffolding & grit blasting and painting shall be measured and paid under relevant SOQR item).

Fabrication of structural steel brackets and miscellaneous structures as per approved drawings: Fabrication involves preparation of detailed metal structure drawing, cutting, grinding, drilling, machining, welding, machining, bending and surface preparation & painting, etc., This includes preparation of procedures, reports, required manpower, handling, transportation of materials, fabrication facilities, machineries, tools and tackles, material handling equipment, welding electrodes, consumables, housekeeping and PPEs, etc., as per EIC instruction. (Surface preparation and painting shall be measured and paid under relevant SOQR item).

Erection of structural steel brackets and miscellaneous structures as per approved drawings. Erection of fabricated brackets inclusive of various sizes of bolts, washer, nuts and lock nuts and welding as per approved procedures at various elevations and building of KKNPP-3&4. This item includes preparation of procedures, reports, required manpower, handling, transportation of materials, machineries, tools and tackles, material handling equipments, alignment, inspection, total station instrument with surveyor for inspection wherever required, calibrated measuring instruments, supply of welding electrodes & filler wires, other consumables, housekeeping and PPEs, etc., as per EIC instruction. (Erection of scaffolding shall be measured and paid under relevant SOQR item).

Erection of scaffolding and platforms including scaffolding materials, required qualified manpower, preparation of procedure, reports, tools and tackles, consumables, handling, shifting, transportation and storage of materials, etc at various elevations and buildings of KKNPP-3&4, dismantling, housekeeping and transportation of scaffolding to contractor store as per EIC instruction.

Supply of cast iron weights of each 20Kg. This includes supply of materials as per technical specification, handling and transportation of materials, delivery at site, shifting and stacking of items at EIC store, preparation of IMIR, required manpower, tools and tackles, material handling equipment, consumables and PPEs, etc., as per EIC instruction.

Supply of cast iron weights of each 50Kg. This includes supply of materials as per technical specification, handling and transportation of materials, delivery at site, material inspection, required manpower, tools and tackles, material handling equipment, consumables and PPEs, etc., as per EIC instruction.
