Dismantling and civil work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to full height of building made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer?in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Providing, erecting and dismantling (after completion of work) double bamboo scaffold with verticals @ 1.2 to 1.8m inner as well outer faces and horizontals and braces as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The scaffolding should have a provision for continuous cantilever working platform constructed by aides to be strutted diagonally to prevent from buckling under the weight of men and materials, at comfort levels for the men and the artisans to work which is 6" to 9" inches away from the wall or chajja or any projections of the wall, ( for payment the scaffold height will be measured elevation area (both faces shall be considered as one length and height 3'-0" from topmost working platform level).

Demolishing brick work, brick bats manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Structural Repairs :- Providing structural repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures/surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1)Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. 2) Cleaning the re-bars with rust remover for complete rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective coat /bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of1:1.5(1 part polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamel paint like consistency with brush. 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20mm with the proportion of Cement 50kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50; Silica sand 37.50 kg. mixed with 10 liters of polymer (or 1kg cement :1.75kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75kg Silica sand : 200ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceed 20mm,after every 20mm thick bond coat as per 2 above to be applied continuing further structural repair works.This work is inclusive of all material,labour etc complete as directed with approved chemical manufacturer and specified by the manufacturer for Structural repair shall be used.

Providing structures repairs with micro Concreting for RCC columns, beam, slab etc. as per the direction of Engineer Incharge

Providing and plastering 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) in internal walls, ceiling, column, beams etc.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.

Rough cast plaster above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

providing and supplying and sealing the tile joints with gun grade polysulphide sealent suitable for external tile joints and cleaning the surface neatly and applying approved primer to the surfaceof approved make and as per the manufacturer's specification and filling gun grade sealent into the joints, lines and levels complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm minimum thickness

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits.50 mm thick

Finishing work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes 3mm thick 50mm and 25mm dia, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the balcony , top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Water proofing work

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer?in-charge.(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer?in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and applying Elastomeric (Polymer) transparent coating at various walls/terrace etc. including cleaning of surface thoroughly with potable water and removing all loose foreign material, filling surface cracks specifies with using approved manufacturer's specification and guidelines to make the surface completely waterproof. Complete job including material all tools and tackels, manpower etc. for two or more coats as per the direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and applying two coats of polymeric cementitious coating over the concrete or plastered surface with the using polymer and cement in ratio specified with using approved manufacturers specification. Air cures the same for 24hrs. Apply potable water on surface to dampen the area before application of polymeric second coat.

A. Nozzle fixing:- Providing & applying for fixing Nozzles of 12mm dia by drilling holes & fixing using rendrog Plug M/s Fosroc chemical PVT. Ltd. Or equivalent B. Epoxy Grouting:- Providing & applying epoxy resin grout Concresive 1315 BASF/Cebex 100 (Fosroc) or equivlent through the nozzle fixed already under pressure of 3-3.5 kg/cm 2.Above including all labour, material etc complete.

A. Crack opening & filling :- Providing & applying for identify, cleaning all the joints of center opening, wet joints, marking the same. Making "V" groove at the interface of joints. Filling the "V" joints with polymer modified mortar/Cebex 100 or Nitomortar 30 M/s Fosroc chemical Pvt. Ltd or equivalent.

PART - B Any unforeseen item not covered above, executed from CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 upto a base value of Rs. 15,000,00/- Hint: Bidder is supposed to quote rate for this item in column (green) at value which is at a certain percentage above or below the rate of DSR 2018. For e.g. if the estimated rate is Rs. 15,00,000/- then bidder should quote rate of Rs.16,50,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid at the rate of 10% above DSR 2018 or Rs. 13,50,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid 10% below the DSR 2018 The value given in the rate for this item shall be used to derive the rate to be paid for the item from DSR 2018
