Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, first layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick as second layer in CM 1:4 with WPC even and smooth (without using extra cement) faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surface of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil-bound distemper (white or tinted) on newly plastered surfaces, over a coat of chalk whiting over and including 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces: Scrap off loose material using mechanical sanders or steel scrapers to Grade St 2. and applying one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather proof paint exterior antifungal acrylic emulsion paint on external surfaces of walls including necessary scaffolding and safety precautions complete all as specified and as directed.
