REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN VARUNAPURI I II III DCRA MAP AREA AND RAM MANDIR AREA UNDER GE NW VASCO

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engr-in -charge.

Dismantling/Taking down single layer,mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roof covering all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surfaces over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately)

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum veight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane, formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibers and can bear upto 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using Asian paintssmart care damp prrof ultra or equivalent having SUN REFLECTING INDEX (SRI) of 106.59 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10 L/10sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquids (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) and second coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid, followed by third final coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid ( dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 200 microns) with water proofing warranty of 10 years.

Prior to all this activity surface preparation to be done by removing dust, algae, fungus, oil, grease etc and crack filling by Smart care textured crack filler wherever required. On tile mosaic surface use Smartcare terrace tile primer for better adhesion. The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labours, tools, tackles, consumables, scaffoldings etc. Make: Asian paints Smartcare Damp proof ultra or equivalent. Note: The work shall be executed directly by company or their authorised applicator. Application shall be authorised in writing by company and guarantee of work executed shall be owned by contractor and company.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
