Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing of rubbish material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Brickwork with first class bricks having crushing strength of 75 kg/sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of screen paint(Mild grey color) over a coat of suitable primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq.m each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed surfaces including removing disposable materials from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials and labour for powder coated aluminium door frame with shutter of section 100mmx 45mm, thickness of sheet 16 gauge ,Partially glazed and panelled lock rail/ bottom rail of shutter 100mm x 45mm, top rail 80mm x 45mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium including necessary fittings and aluminium mongeries i.e. 150 mm long two Nos aluminium handles, 02 No, 200mm long aluminium tower bolt in each leaf, rubber gasket for securing the glass and 3 Nos 100mm long butt hinges with each leaf including 5.5 mm thick tinted glass PVC Panelling including mortice lock , grills in glazed portion etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Curtain Rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation ,etc. ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets including removing rubbish obtained from dismantling from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non asbestos fibre cement building board, 4mm thick, fixed to aluminium frame work with screw as in ceiling in flat or sloping and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old decorated surface distempered surfaces of ceilings by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering ceilings by applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of any tint/shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Second class hard-wood in scantlings timber clean sawn, in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc., of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description n. exc 1 sq.m each and refixing the same after rescuring / easing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq.m and n exc 2 sq.m each and refixing the same after rescuring / easing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of wooden boarding any discription fixed in any position with nails including removing the dismantled material from work site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification including PVC cover fillet of matching colour, grid size not exc 800mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 12mm thick Plelaminated, any grain PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification including PVC cover fillet of matching colour, grid size not exc 800mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Washing body, blades, with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavaties with suiatble filler and applying one coat of spray painting to fan (white or any other approved shade) and writing MES No. etc ,testing, refixing at same location, making electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm thick, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, including including box of size 90 x 90 x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Earthing pit of any type with accessories including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med gde ,wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to copper earth strip 32x6mm,all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - 1, using 5 Nos alternate layers of charcol and salt crystal and a final layer of Magnesium sulphate of 5 cm thickness to be provided and connected to earth test point including 25 mm dia GI med grade pipe for watering with funnel and wire meshed and 63 mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of earth strip and providing water supply connection from nearest water supply point and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The unit rate shall deemed included for earth work in hard / dense soil, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 chamber, RCC (1:1.5:3) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 25mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 63mm dia, and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub - heading earthing, specified on SI. page No. 422 of SSR Part-II. (ii) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (iii) If the desired earth registance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.

Supply and fixing in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 32 mm x 6 mm thick, galvanised iron strip using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
