Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/ manual means) over area (upto all depth and width on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads & lifts, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses plinth and string coarses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: Including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including carrage of material in all leads &lifts In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
