Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including gently punned as in cushioning to cable and for foundation in floor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection cover to the under ground cable (with old size sub class 'B' bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good of disturbed portion except space for holdfast complete all as specified and directed.
