Supplying and laying of ready mix for M 25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 320C. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over the one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveying charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section store, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for five years etc., complete complying as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Top beam made up of 200 x 100 mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 16mm Mild Steel plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m, 2 Nos of to place the beam in position. Conveying and leading the Top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over the one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labour, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating,Suppling and fixing of Screw Rod 80mm dia Mild Steel Round Rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the capstan head assembly with required bolt and nuts.Conveying and leading the screw rods to the work site.Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at the section store.The screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer.The rate including the cost of materials,labours,charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments,cost of petty civil works,charges for labours and materials including all other taxes etc., complete.
Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made out of 100 x 100 x 10 mm Mild Steel angle with requied height inclduing welding hold fast of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos. on each sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over the one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labour, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveying, petty civil works and all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 120 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation.Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over the one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyence charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing chequered plate in the operating platform for a vertical lift geared shutter of size for anicut scour vent 2.70 X 1.50 m 5 nos on either sides with a platform of size 19.50 X 3.00m and for offtake Head sluice vent 2.00 X 0.90 m 1no with a platform of size 19.20 X 3.00m. The new chequered plate of 6mm thickness of M.S. plate shall be checked for flatness and lifted to the overhead platform and marked and cut to exact size. Then the plate shall be laid in the panel welded to the suitable sitffeners below suitable holes shall be provided at appropriate places for drainage of rain water. Then all steel members should be given a coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer over which two coats of industrial black paint is applied. The cost includes cost of all materials, process, charges like welding, cutting & drilling, labour charges for loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection scaffolding charges, hire charges for equipments like chain pulley block, power charges from generator, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, risk allowance for working at a height of more than 3m, cost of consumable like diesel conveyence charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
