Job contract for operation & maintenance of GLF Power House & associated Panels & all GLF system comprising Cat-I & Cat-II lighting System, runway edge, taxiways, isolation bay edge lighting, apron edge lighting, approach lighting, PAPI system , CCR panels and apron high mast lighting, electrical installation of ILS, DVOR, other buildings like Fire Station, MT section of operational area, perimeter lighting and other area lighting of operational area which involves repair, maintenance and attending to complaint/fault/breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records and documentation etc. round the clock on all days i/c sundays, holidays etc. as required.

Servicing of following 33kV/0.433 kV Circuit Breakers alongwith carrying out the maintenance/ service as per the manufacturers recommendation and submission of service report etc. twice during the contract period complete as required.

(a) 33kV, 1250A VCB Circuit Breakers ( L&T Make)

Testing & calibration of following protective relays fitted in the 33 kV cubicle panels by using secondary and primary injection kit including submission of test report etc. Twice during the contract period as required.

(a) IDMT Feeder Protection Relay ( Siemens % SR1003-KA20-2CA0/DD)

(b) Transformer Auxiliary Relay ( Ashida AVA33-AM-021)

Testing & calibration of following protective relays fitted in the 415V cubicle panels by using secondary and primary injection kit including submission of test report etc. Twice during the contract period as required.

(a) O/C - E/F Relay ( L&T Model No. : MC12A & MC31A)

(b) Reverse Power Relay ( L&T, Model : MRP11)

Inspection, Testing, adjusting, preventive maintenance of 33/0.433 KV, 800 kVA VOLTAMP make dry type transformer to assess the overall healthiness of the transformer by OEM i/c Overhauling of tap changer, checking, adjusting of RTCC and submission of reports etc. complete as required. Trial of Tap changer electrical and mechanical operation, submission of test reports etc. as required.

Rewinding and overhauling of submersible pump of power upto 5HP with copper winding, replacement of bearing, lead cable etc. as required including assembling testing, to and fro transportation from the site to workshop etc. (old/burnt copper need not to be returned).

Spray painting of fire hydrant boxes, electrical panels, feeder pillar box, DBs, metal structures, members, equipment's etc., with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour (all shades except black or chocolate shade) by using spray gun to give an even shade including cleaning the rusted area, scrapping of surface, applying metal primer on rusted surface, covering of meters, switches, glass etc. with masking stickers etc.,as required.

Complete items of CPWD schedule of rates electrical - 2022. Executions of DSR items 2022 (Electrical) of amount Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rate shall be quoted in % age above/below which shall be including GST). (Payment will be made by Additional Specifications of Contract (ASC) Clause No. 4, Page No. 206).

Painting of following MS street light pole, using one coat of metal primer on rusted surface and two coats of approved aluminium paint including scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the surface, as required as per the directions of Engineer- in-Charge.

(a) 9 Mtr. Street light poles (including upto 1.5 meter arm bracket)

(b) 4 Mtr. Street light poles (including upto 1.5 meter arm bracket)

Repaire and maintenance programmable Logic Controllers of make Emerson Network Power, Model No. ASCO Series 230 A2ADTL Version V2, 0 CAT No. A2ADTLB30080KB00, ATS Main MV Panel electrical operation, submission of test reports etc. as required.

Supply of Current Transformer Ratio (A) Primary 10-20/5 Sec. 10-20/5 Sec. VA 15-15 Type (DES)-3 Class 5P-1.0 type Wound Insulation Class E, HSV :36kV frequency 50Hz T. Ratio/ALF/ISF < 10-5 etc. as required.
