M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete of soffits of slabs,chajjas, stair case, facias, parapets, columns, beams and like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surafce with steel wire brushes, removing of rust from existing steel surface with rust remover of SIKKA rustoff 100 applied in two coats @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm per coat of steel surafce and cleaning all rust with wire brushes cleaning with water and allowed to dry including S&F welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire size not less than 75mmx75mm and 3.0mm dia as reinforcement to concrete after placing the additional reinforcement if required all concrete surface shall thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry this surface apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than of 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30mm thick (average thickness) gunniting mix (using 1 part of Ordinary Portland Cement and 2 parts of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure 2.00 to 2.5 kg/sqcm by guniting machine and making the surface even including 5mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement including all necessary form work to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high performance hybrid plyurea slastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied of spray/brush applied, smartcare ulton liquid membrance @ 1.5kg/sqm with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 n/sqmm as per ASTM D2370,crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305,shore a hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D2240.The system smartcare includes final base preparation as per site requirement,epoxy primer application and applying smatcare Ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at a coverage of 1kg/sqm etc complete as per manufacturer specificationincluding removal of old waterproofing system and repairing and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS deformed or twisted bars,10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item 03 above but 6 mm to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per item No (03) above but 5 to 10mm dia as in stirrups & links etc.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Rendering 10 mm thck in CM (1:4) including mixing with liquid WPC on concrete surface in roofs including applying cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm finishing even and smooth without using extra cement).

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and other preparation of surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface on ceilings, in cm (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth and apply putty and primer where requred complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for framed work such as grills grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted , or forged into spike; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zink chrome primer including necessary rubbing with sand paper or grinded by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course of floors, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating to post holes each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing a surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good to distarbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
