providing and laying dry stone solinghand packed with sand filling watering, compected at foundation complete work as per direction of engineer in charge.

PCC M15. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

CAST-IN-SITE DESIGN MIX M25.Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately.All work above plinth

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of formwork from the site from all works .

PLASTERING AND CEMENT PUNNING; Providing and applying 12.5mm thick plaster ( 1cement;4 sand) on internalwalls,externalwalls,celling ,includding 3mm thick cement punning (1 cement; 1sand) to be of good finishing including water bead wherever necessary, raking the joints, cleaning and wetting the surface, curring the works including alkali resistance fibre reinforcement all complete as per site engineer.

WATER PROOF COATING; Providing and applying approved integral cement based water proofing (conforming IS2645) treatment over the tank walls, base all complete as per drawing,specifications and instruction of engineer in charge.

CI COVER Providing and installing of the medium duty CI 600mmx600mm manhole cover pipe sleeves, etc all complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

P/F 2" DIA. G.I PIPE 9 gauge rising,delivery,washing, overflow including all fitting and long bends all complete work with giving connection to existing pipe line service complete work.

Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site work and all extra charges including dewatering if any during the execution of work till complete in all respects.
