Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 25 mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Providing and fixing 65 mm nominal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including welding, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position at all heights and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete as per sapecification and as directed by EIC.

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause.
