M&L for Cleaning / servicing the cooling coil of AHU AC plant by pressure air method with using air blower and cleaning the cooling coil with cleaning the solution, cleaning the AHU base tray completely and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint inside the base tray, including greasing to AHU blower shaft bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU filter replacement of V-belt (if required) of 1x19000CFM capacity at rubber store complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for descaling the shell & tube condenser of 3x26 TR capacity at by circulating the descaling chemical (scale gun) (HCL acid) through condenser by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines, and opening the end covers of both side, brushing condenser water tubing, removing the scales, normalising the copper surface circulation normalising agent and refixing all dismantled parts including replacement of gasket set all as specified . Note :- (a) Descaling of the three unit measuring as one job half yearly

M & L for leak testing of AHU unit cooling coil after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point but means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerent, testing and commissioning up to satisfactory cooling performance of 3x26 TR capacity at Mechanical block. Note: (i) Refrigerent gas shall be mesaured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Nitrogen gas required deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Cleaning/servicing of cooling tower, natural draught type of central AC plant including cleaning inside and outside of water tank, cleaning of nozzles (brass/PVC) , arranging all filters in correct manners, and applying one coat of bituminous paint inside and outside of water tank complete of capacity 26 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

All as ditto as per item No: 46 here in before but 3x78 TR

M&L Providing insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8"/ 5/8" with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly wrapped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mm bore complete including taking down existing damaged one all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing damaged ducts and Supply, assembly and erection of 24 gauge GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, hanging rod, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation suitable for 40 mm as specified and including the following:- (a)Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12mm / 50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

M&L for air cooled AC Plant (capacity from 25TR to 40TR) inspection and fault rectification carried out by Manufacturer Engineer for releasing out locking setting the programming for proper functioning of AC plant and to rectify other minor/major problems, including Re-programming & rectify faults occured as and when, with all necessary tools and machines and other major problem & faults (faults either software problem or hard ware) including providing new software if software not working properly with all necessary tools and machines. Note :- i)Transportation & loading charge with hiring of machines and equipments are deemed to be included in quoted rates ii) the rate does not includes material cost,material mesured & piad separately under relavent items) iii) The service Engineer shall be from OEM only.

M&L for water cooled cooled AC Plant (capacity from 12 TR to 78 TR) inspection and fault rectification carried out by Manufacturer Engineer for releasing out locking setting the programming for proper functioning of AC plant and to rectify other minor/major problems, including Re-programming & rectify faults occured as and when, with all necessary tools and machines and other major problem & faults (faults either software problem or hard ware) including providing new software if software not working properly with all necessary tools and machines. Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor unit of outdoor of AC plant 1 x 12 to 13 TR capacity at complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor unit of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 8.5 TR capacity at block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor unit of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 5TR capacity at complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor unit of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 15 TR capacity at of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of condenser unit of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 12 TR to 16.5 TR capacity at of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of condenser unit of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 5 TR to 8.5 TR capacity at of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of indoor blower motor capacity of 5 to 8.5 TR all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of indoor blower motor capacity of 10 to 15 TR all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down of unsv control / PCB / display and other any type of board / panel from existing position and bring to workshop / service centere for repair/servicing than bring back to same location than fixing in existing position with staisfactory level working conditions including all electrical connections etc all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for repairing of burnt electrical control wiring from panel / outdoor / AHU motor or any elese by providing new wiring with proper marking upto working conditions including taking down burnt/ unsv cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only refrigeration gas R 22 in manufacturer sealed cylinder. Note:- (i) Gas to be supplied in manufacturer sealed container. (ii) Empty containers will be returned to contractor .

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 5.5 TR to 10 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make: Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant .
