Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :a)1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :(a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level . (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. a) All works upto plinth level - Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :a)Water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Fabrication and manufacturing of solid precast concrete elementwith provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes andproper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, stairs, columnetc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete gradesmanufactured in controlled factory environment with approvedmethodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, tablemoulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, columnmoulds, staircase moulds, Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transportingand placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessarycutout/holes of required sizes for services, yard handling & stackingall complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawingsand design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost ofreinforcement, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts will bepaid separately). a)Concrete grade M-35 (Cement content 370 kgs)

Providing & laying in position Prestressing steel strands (lowrelaxation) on hollow core bed by using mechanical pullingarrangement like Rabbit/ Bed master including all accessories forStressing & destressing operations as per approved make conformingto IS1343 & grade FY-1860 etc, complete as per drawings anddirection of Engineer -in-charge.

Transportation of Precast Elements by flat bed Trailor (Double / Tripleaxle 40ft Length with proper accessories like A frame etc) fromfactory, including the cost of loading , unloading & stacking at sitewith the help of required capacity cranes.a) Lead within 15km

Add/Deduct over item 14 for every additional leadof 5 km

Erection & Installation of Precast/Prestressed Concrete elements incorrect & final position with proper line level and plumb at site makingall arrangements (i.e cranes, push-pull jacks & all another T & P forlifting Placing & Alignment of elements, within erection tolerance asper IS 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as perthe direction of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of simpads, non shrink grout and steel works i.e hangers. All work up tofifth floor.a)Solid concrete wall elements .(Joint Filling Between Panels by cement mortar is also including this item.)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:A)Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and stacking at site. A)Good earth

Lettering with Synthetic paint of approved brand and manufacture.
