Part - A: SITC of firefighting Systems Motor Driven Fire Fighting Pumps: Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven Centrifugal Horizontal split case Pump Set for fire fighting system with a flow capacity of 1620 LPM and total head of 65 m, with CI casing, standard fittings, bronze impeller, mechanical seal, along with all accessories, suitably rated TEFC squirrel cage induction motor as electrical drive with synchronous speed not exceeding 1500 rpm, Class-F insulation, IP-55 rated to operate at 415 V+/- 10% , 50 Hz+/- 3% , 3 phase AC Supply, including supply of MS common base plate frame and installing pump and motor on it along with foundation bolts, coupling guard,anti vibration pads and other accessories etc complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of EIC. The pump offered shall be of fire fighting duty and its characteristics shall be as per TAC and also as per IS 12469-1988 or its latest edition. Cost of all the items, accessories, tools and tackles, packing etc required to put pumping system into service.
Jockey Pump: Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven Centrifugal horizontal split case / End suction Jockey Pump Set for fire fighting system with a flow capacity of 180 lpm and total head of 65, with CI casing, standard fittings, bronze impeller, S.S. mechanical seal, proper alignment with guages along with all accessories, suitably rated squirrel cage induction motor as electrical drive with synchronous speed not exceeding 3000 rpm, Class-F insulation, IP-55 rated to operate at 415 V+/- 10% , 50 Hz+/- 3% , 3 phase AC supply, including supply of MS common base plate frame and installing pump and motor on it, alongwith foundation bolts, coupling guard,anti vibration pads and other accessories etc complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of E-I-C.The pump offered shall be of fire fighting duty and its characteristics shall be as per TAC and also as per IS 12469-1988 or its latest edition. Cost of all the items, accessories, fittings, tools and tackles, packing etc required to put pumping system into service shall also be included in rates quoted by the bidders.
Domestic Water Pump: Design, Supply, Installation & commissioning of Horizontal split casing / End suction type CI / MS case water pump set of 180 lpm flow at 35 m head capacities, consisting of Bronze impeller, Bronze bearing rings, Mechanical seals, drive motor & common base plate frame for drive motor, pump and its accessories suitable to deliver following capacities, complete with all accessories like priming funnel air cock, air vent etc. including provision for priming with adequate NPHSA to over come suction losses and site constrains. The pumping system shall include TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of class 'F' insulation suitable for operation at 415 +/- 10 % v, 3 phase, 50 +/- 5 % Hz, AC supply, complete as per technical specifications, drawings, site constraints, with all accessories and hardware etc. The pump and motor shall be ISI marked for continuous duty.
Terrace Fire Pump: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven Centrifugal Horizontal Pump Set for fire fighting system of following capacity & head along with all accessories with CI casing, Stainless Steel shaft, standard fittings, bronze impeller, suitable coupling to the electrical driven TEFC,squirrel cage induction motor suitably rated, with synchronous speed not exceeding 3000 rpm, Class-F insulation, IP-55, rated to operate at 415 V+/-10%, 50 Hz +/- 5%, 3 phase AC supply, including supply of of MS common base plate frame and installing pump set on it , foundation bolts, coupling guard, anti vibration pads and other accessories & connecting and jointing with suction & delivery piping with necessary reducers, enlargers, flanges etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Providing weather proof hood fabricated from 5 mm. thick UV stabilised FRP above pump & motor to protect it from weather as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
i) 450 LPM at 35 m head NB: 1) The cost of all the items mentioned above are to be included under this item and no extra payment shall be made. 2) The sketch/ drg of weather proof cover is to be got approved by E-I-C before fabrication of the same.
Air Cushion Tank: Design, Supply and erection of air cushion tank (material IS 2062/2002) with drain valve, gate valve, provision for pressure switches, pressure guages etc. inside the pump house including making inlet and outlet connection with MS pipe of required length & dia from discharge header to air cushion tank, fixing properly and securing the same to the base etc. complete in all respect having painting including two coats of approved paint over a coat of primer. The tank shall be fabricated out of 8 mm thick M.S. sheet, shall be of cylindrical shape with 300 mm dia. and 1.5 m height. The tank shall be installed on suitable vertical legs. The legs shall be provided with M.S. plate of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 8 mm at the bottom. The legs shall be grouted in cement concrete foundation. Flange connection shall be provided for connection with discharge header. The fabrication drawings of the tank shall be submitted to EIC and got approved by the department before fabrication. The tank shall be tested at 30 Kg/sq.cm. before installation. Note : Pressure switches shall be measured separately.
M.S. Seamless Pipes: Supply, Installation of MS seamless pipe of following nominal sizes and wall thickness and conforming to ASTM A-106 Grade-B and testing at site with clean & potable water a pressure of 1.5 times of operating pressure for 120 minute duration and rectification of leaky joints after laying at site with all necessary specials/fittings, Mechanical/ flanged/ welded joints, Flanged/welded joints with various GI Pipes, elbows, Tees, Bends, Reducers, Collars, Nut & Bolts, jointing including painting with two coats of anti corrosion post office red paints over two coats of red oxide primer (for laying above ground) and including wrapping with 4 mm thick PYPKOTE insulation with adhesive coat in an approved manner as per the specifications and to correct alignment and levels including all hardware in including the testing the specials/ joints hydraulically for the pressure & duration and rectification of leaky joints as specified all as per drawings, specifications and instruction of E.I.C. Cost of all the items, accessories, fittings, tools and tackles, packing etc required to put pumping system into service shall also be included in rates quoted by bidders.

G.I. Pipes: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty, "C" Class GI pipes of following sizes confirming to IS-1239 along with all necessary fittings, flanges, jointing (screwed / welded / flanged etc.) and required supports with two coats of paint as per color code of the piping systems over two coats of red oxide primer, including all hardware, complete in all respects as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. NB : 1) The pipe line shall be measured along the centre line. NB: 2) Any Core cut if required for laying the pipes shall be included in above cost, no extra payment will be made for the same

Alarm Valve: Supplying, erecting and fixing in position 150mm dia Fire sprinkler Alarm valve HD / TYCO make with inlet and outlet connections pressure gauges etc complete as per the given drawings, specifications or instruction of the EIC.
Hydrant Landing Valve: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Double outlet SS hydrant landing valve conforming to IS 5290 having 80 mm diameter flanged inlet 63 mm diameter instantaneous type female outlet with SS hand wheel, SS blank cap & GI chain conforming to IS 901, twist release type plug including nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets with necessary fittings like Tees, elbows etc. including providing 80 mm diameter GI pipe heavy class conforming to IS 1239 of suitable length to extend the hydrant from downcomer making flanged/welded joints, testing the unit, painting the hydrant valve and the exposed portion of GI pipe with 2 coats of signal red paint of approved make over a coat of approved make of primer, all as per specification and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
External Hydrant:Supply, Installation, testing & commisioning of Single Outlet Hydrant valve of oblique Morris pattern Stainless Steel (SS-304) landing valve with C.I./ S.S. hand wheel, detachable stainless steel female coupling, confirming to IS-5290/5041 having instantaneous coupling having 63 mm dia. SS blank cap and chain confirming to IS 901 to suit the hosepipes, including nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, with necessary fittings like tee, bend etc, testing the unit, painting the Hydrant valve with 2 coats of red paint over a coat of Zinc reached primer, all as per specifications and as directed by E-I-C.
Siamese Connections:
2-Way Siamese Connection: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Siamese connections having two numbers of 63 mm diameter G.M/SS inlet (instantaneous male coupling) along with one number 100 mm diameter C.I. double flange non return valve of rating PN 1.6 conforming to IS 5312 with G,.M working parts, and fittings all connected to 100 mm diameter GI pipe with necessary fittings including blank caps, flanges and joints, welding etc. and supplying and fixing of inlet housing box made out of 14 gauge M.S Sheet with angle and frame of suitable size and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved primer over pipes and housing box and white enamel paint inside housing box complete in all respects as per specification and as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4-Way Siamese Connection: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Siamese connections having four numbers of 63 mm diameter G.M/SS inlet (instantaneous male coupling) along with one number 150 mm diameter C.I. double flange non return valve of rating PN 1.6 conforming to IS 5312 with G,.M working parts, and fittings all connected to 150 mm diameter GI pipe with necessary fittings including blank caps, flanges and joints, welding etc. and supplying and fixing of inlet housing box made out of 14 gauge M.S Sheet with angle and frame of suitable size and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved primer over pipes and housing box and white enamel paint inside housing box complete in all respects as per specification and as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Fire Brigade Connection: Supplying and installing fire brigade Header of 150 mm dia, GI, ‘C’ class pipe, 1 metre long consisting of 4 nos. 63 mm dia SS male inlet with built in check valve for supplying water in U/G tanks as per the given drawings, specification and instructions of the EIC.
Hose Reel With Drum: Providing & fixing rubber hose reel of 20 mm diameter x 37 m along with swinging drum along with high pressure braided rubber hose conforming to IS 884 including 8 mm diameter SS cut off nozzle on one end, wall mounting type, necessary brackets suitable suitable for wall mounting, fixing on downcomer including connecting the other end to the downcomer by providing necessary connecting nipple/coupling, nuts, bolts etc. and providing & fixing 20 mm dia G.M. peet valve of approved make all complete including painting (the drum and brackets shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside) & as shown and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Hose Cabinet: Supply, installation & commissioning of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet metal hose cabinet of size 750x650x250 mmor appropriate for accomodating 02 nos. of hose pipes (measured & paid seperately under relevent SOQ item) and SS-304 branch pipe with nozzle. The box shall have front glass door lock with angle iron frame. The hose pipe box shall be fixed with Hilti make Anchor Fastner on the wall or nut bolts (in case of stand in open space) as shown in the drawing and as directed by EIC. The MS box shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside. The scope also includes supplying of gun metal /stainless steel branch pipe of 63 mm dia. fitted with detachable hexagonal nozzle of 19 mm dia. conforming to IS : 903 or universal pattern as per IS :2871. The branch pipe with detachable nozzle shall be placed in the hose cabinet complete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Hose Pipe: Supply and installation of Unlined Flax Canvas (hose pipe) for fire fighting conforming to RRL fire hose type A or Synthetic Fibre Woven-Jacket (SFWJ) Elastomeric fire hose type B conforming to IS:636 all with ISI marks as required and of approved make and of 63 mm dia & 15 mtrs length, fitted with male and female SS coupling confirming to IS:903, ISI marks with guaranteed bursting pressure of 35.7 kg/sq.cm and complete as per the technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Each set shall comprise of 2 hose pipes
Pressure Guages: Supply, installation testing and commisioning of pressure gauges of SS material with dial not less than 150 mm dia of appropriate range and complete in all respects with shut off gauge, cocks , all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and duly tested after installation as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Pressure Release Valve: Supply, installation and testing of suitable Pressure release valve of 80 mm dia, of CI/DI body, with pressure setting range 7-15 kg/sqcm, in pipe line as per relevant IS, complete in all respect as required & as per instructions of E-I-C.
Pressure Switch: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of suitable Pressure switches on air cushion tank, with a range of 0 -15 Kg/sqcm with low & high set points conforming to relevant IS, specifications, complete in all respects as required & as per instructions of E-I-C. NB.: 1) The pressure switches shall be mounted on a common piping header / Cushion Tank . 2) The control cabling shall be part of this item and shall not be paid extra.
Air Release Valve: Providing and fixing 20/25/40/50 mm dia (dia shall be as applicable as per relevant IS code) (PN - 1.6, Type-S1, Flanged, ISI marked) air release valve conforming to IS - 14845 : 2000 with Double Flange isolating valve (pressure rating PN 1.6) including making necessary flanged joints and providing all fitting materials nuts, bolts etc. and providing T on the pipeline for its installation at site all as per technical specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Orifice Plate: Design, supply and fixing stainless steel orifice plate of not less than 6 mm thick having suitable bore for reducing the pressure at the fire hydrant outlet as per fire brigade requirement and to restrict the operating pressure within 3.5 kg/sq.cm. at the fire hydrant outlet. The orifice plate shall be fixed in position & it shall be fitted between the flanges. The orifice plates shall have test certificate and calibrated to give the required pressure, complete all as per specification, drawings & as directed by E.I.C.
Fire Extinguisher:
Proividing & fixing of Dry Chemical Powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher of 06 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted as per approved make fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS 15683-2006. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing & fixing of, CO2 type fire extinguisher of 4.5 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted, highly effective against B & C class of fire, having ISI certification mark, having flat base including valve, discharge hose & complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS 15683:2006, wall suspension bracket as required & as per instructions of Engineer In Charge. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Fire Bucket: Supply and placing of fire sand bucket filled with dry and clean sand to be kept on floor or wall hook confirming to IS 2546. The fire bucket shall be galvanized mild steel of 9 litres capacity. The bucket shall be provided and placed as per instruction of EIC.
Bucket Stand: Providing floor mounting stand for keeping 2 Nos. of FIRE buckets of 1000mm in length, 900mm in height, frame made out of 30x30x4 mm M.S. angle, rectangular bottom frame with cross supports for legs, suitable G.I. pipe shall be welded on the top end of of legs with 2 hooks on GI pipe for sand buckets and duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black paint all complete as per the given drawing, specifications or instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (E.I.C.)
M.S. Supports / Structure: Supply, cutting, fabrication, welding, erecting & fixing in position of M.S. support/structure (angle, channel, beam, plate, chequered plate etc.) for steps and other purpose (not applicable for items for which supports are already included in the item) including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved steel primer all as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material shall conform to IS-2062.

Disposal of Surplus Materials: Disposing of the surplus excavated materials by mechanical transport to the lead upto 2 km over the initial lead of 50 m including loading, unloading, spreading, levelling etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed. Note : Voids 20% for soils and 50% for AR/HR shall be deducted from stack/truck measurements to arrive at the net qty for payment in case if directed measurement is not possible.
Road Cutting & Resurfacing: Cutting the existing asphalt road and demolishing WBM or BBM including rubble soling if any for providing services and making good the same after the work is satisfactorily completed, including relaying of soling doing water bound macadam, bituminous bound macadam road providing and laying 50 mm thick asphaltic layer etc, complete as directed by E-I-C.
Foot Path Cutting & Resurfacing: Removing decorative tiles/ any other items with associated fitting materials from the footpath including rubble soling if any for providing services and making good the same after the work is satisfactorily completed, including relaying of tiles with associated fitting materials/brick works, braking of tiles/bricks should be replaces with same santandard with new one, finishing with cementing etc which are required for the work to be provided and, complete as directed by E-I-C.
Valve Chamber: Construction of brick masonary valve chambers of following sizes comprising of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade M-15 for foundation with 150 mm offset all round, including providing and fixing C.I. steps / foot rests / rungs each weighing not less than 5 Kg. first step at 450 mm from top of cover, remaining @ 300 mm centre to centre staggered with 380 mm spacing, painting etc. racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, providing 100 mm thick RCC slab casted in M.S. angle box frame (Galvanised) of 25 mm x 25 mm x 4 mm size in three equal pieces with reinforcement weighing not less than 100 kg/cu.m, fabricated M.S. angle all around & M.S. galvanised flat stiffners including formwork as per drawing etc. complete with lifting hooks at top, providing and fixing C.I. circular surface box weighing minimum 14 kg. over the RCC slab for key rod operation, painting all as per specifications and directions of EIC including dewatering the pit, if required till completion of the work.

PCC Pedestals: Providing PCC pedestals /thrust /anchor block of required sizes for underground pipes, fire hose box etc. and specials with cement concrete 1:2:4 at required intervals including form work, curing, finishing etc. complete in all respect as as per standard specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Foundation For Pump: Providing and laying Design-Mix Reinforced Cement Concrete foundation (design and drawing to be provided by contractor) for fire fighting pump of M-20 by weight batching using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm finishing, curing etc. as specified and also including dewatering, if any, cost of form work, shuttering & steel reinforcement, including nozing all around by 50 x 50 x 5 mm angle, all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directd by EIC.
Sprinklers:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 15 mm dia recessed sprinkler with quartzoid bulb and set to operate at 68 deg Celsius, with rosette plate [Pendent type Sprinkler (K-80), FM & UL approved] with all assembly complete in all respects as directed by EIC.
Flexi Drops: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Sprinkler Flexible drop pipes made of Corruggated SS Tubing to with stand 16 Bar pressure with welded reducer on one end to directly accomadate sprinkler & female checknut on the other end to connect to the branch pipe with supports complete [Length 1.5 mtr, FM & UL approved]

PART B : Electrical Works M.V Panel: Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of Electrical switchboards, powder coated floor mounting,front operated front access cubicle type, totally enclosed, with IP-42 protection with hinged and lockabale doors. It shall be fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheets including interconnections, tinned copper crimping lugs, bonding to earth, suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hertz system, and suitable for a fault level of 36 KA symmetrical at 415 V complete as per Drawings, specifications, instructions & approval of EIC and as below: All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/bottom as required. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used. (Please refer Additional Notes for additional scope of work)

M.V.Cables: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, inner sheath PVC tapped, extruded FRLS PVC outer sheath, GI strip / wire armoured, multistranded Aluminium / copper conductor power cable confirming to IS : 1554 part I/IS 7098 part-1 with upto date amendments, fixed on wall/column/slab/false ceiling or in existing hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles all complete as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes. The space between the two support shall be 600mm. approx.

Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles etc. providing brass cable number tag as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C .The scope also includes end connections at both ends with glands etc. as required.

Cable Tray: Supply & fixing of following sizes of ladder type GI cable trays similar to M/s Indiana make with vertical sides on both ends and suitable MS supports including concrete bolts, hold fast etc. The scope includes supply of readymade bends, reducers,Tee, covers etc. as required as per instructions of EIC.

Earthing System: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of earthing system & associated accessories, etc. complete all as per layout drawing & standard drawing CSG/EM/STD/12, specifications & as per the instructions of E.I.C. Note 1) Measurements of resistance of each earth station & resistance of complete scheme of earthing layout must be measured recorded & got approved by E.I.C. 2) Jointing of the earth strip shall be with brass nuts bolts and also with solder joints. 3) Jointing of the earth wire shall be with solder joints with tinned cable sockets. Cu. strip/wire fixed to wall/side of trench/ slab/column/beam/shaft with 5mm thick G.I spacers & GI saddles or on existing cable tray with saddles or in ground at 750 mm below including excavation in all types of soil with protective baked bricks, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 500 m temporary reinstatement & back filling of trench, interconnections of earth strip/wire with brass nuts, bolts & washers and solder jointing, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth wire/strip in ground & green enamel paint for earth wire/strip on surface, etc.

PART C: Fire Alarm System Fire Alarm system (FAS): Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of analogue addressable type fire alarm system as per relevant Indian Standard specifications and conforming with relevant specifications of fire authorities of local Municipal Corporation, and as directed by E-I-C and consisting of the following: Note 1) The work shall be carried out by licensed agency complying Maharashtra Fire prevention & Life safety measures Act 2006 with latest amendments. 2) Scope includes submission of factory test report of detectors,break glass and hooters and main panel and final inspection at site. 3) Make of all the components of FAS shall be same. 4) The Panel shall be suitable for networking using open technologies such as TCP/IP, Rs 485,modbus.
Multisensor Detectors: Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Intelligent addressable smoke detector unit working on multisensor detection technology with optical , heat detector sensor with inbuilt fault isolator complete with base as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Rate of Rise Heat Detectors (Thermal Detectors): Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Analog Addressable Heat Detectors with solid state design with sensing element combination of fixed type and rate of rise of temperature indicating LED, mounting base etc. as per detailed Specification.
Manual Call Point : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of dust and vermin proof Addressable Manual Call Point, break glass/pull station (square type/round type suitable for wall mounting surface/concealed) having painted/engraved/ embossed as “IN CASE OF FIRE, BREAK GLASS” on it, small hammer fixed with chain (in case of break glass), painting and other accessories as required. complete as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Loop powered Sounder with Strobe Light: Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Wall Mounting Alarm Intelligent loop powered sounder complete as per specifications and as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Response Indicator : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Response indicator consisting of aluminium casting enclosure & steady glowing 2 nos. red indicator (LED) and cover plate shall be screen printed as "FIRE". The unit shall be suitable for connecting in parallel to the multisensor & wall mounting type with provision of 25mm dia conduit entries painting & other materials as complete as per specifications & of E-I-C.
Fire Alarm Panel: Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Analogue addressable microprocessor controlled Fire Alarm Control Panels, capable of being IP networked to the central monitoring System connecting through optical Fiber cable network to monitor and integrate above quantity of accessories like detectors, MCP's/loop power sounder/control modules, Fault Isolation Modules, Loop powered hooters, response indicators, fire/fault indicators, audio-visual signals, central processing units, complete with LED visual indicators, alpha-numeric display and audible alarm both for fire & fault, mains ON indication, test & reset provisions. Each loop should provided with minimum 125 detectors /devices. The panel shall include integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells (max 24 V) with appropriate AH capacity, as per IS requirement with integral battery charger, wire way box , if required , front openable lockable cover with front glass etc. complete as required and as per specification & instructions of EIC. Note: If charger & battery-capacities provided in redymade panel are not meeting operation requirement as per IS 2189 then charger & batteries shall be provided separately including wiring at no extra cost.
2 Loop panel
Wiring for Fire Alarm System : Wiring with 2 nos. 1.5 sqmm FRLS-PVC insulated Shielded twisted pair copper cable/wires in 25mm dia concealed/surface MS/PVC conduit (HMS variety) including cost of cutting and filling chases for concealed conduit/ cost of saddles etc. for surface conduit as required and including the cost of crimped termination’s as required, complete as per instructions of E-I-C.
External FA System Cabling : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following sizes cable with copper conductor, cores twisted, G.I. wire/strip amoured, PVC sheathed cable fixed on wall/ column / slab on 5mm. thick GI spacer/MS flat support fixed with wood screws with 20 SWG GI saddle etc all fixing accessories or in ground (in existing 50mm dia HDPE pipe and as directed by E-I-C.
Electro Magnetic lock access control-Terrace door in New creche building: SITC of access control with Electro Magnetic (EM) lock and to be intergated with Fire alarm sysem for terrace door complete as per instruction of EIC. Note: The terrace door shall be fitted with magnetic lock along with items to achieve automatic operation of door a) The necessary power supply for EM lock including the junction box shall be included in scope of item. b) It shall have fail safe mechanism- the door shall be able to unlocked whenever power supply is cut-off. c) Push release button for manual override/access control door, shall be installed inside small GI enclosure with viewing glass window and locking arrangemenet mounted on wall at 1mtr height- 2 sets shall be included in item. d) The LED indication for lock/ unlock position on EMI shall present. d) A controller or relays etc which shall be compatable & can synchronise with exisiting fire alarm panel such that door shall unlocked if fire alarm system is triggered, any necessary controllers or relay modules etc. including complete wiring required to achieve this function shall be included in item. e) It shall be suitable to install on existing single leaf 2 hour fire retardand door.
