Removing defective window / Split type air conditioner of any make and capacity from various locations and transporting to contractor's workshop to carry out necessary repair as mentioned in respective item including cleaning the air conditioner with water and air pressure and to replace un-serviceable spares parts and re-fixing at various locations after repairs including testing on load at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All spares such as PVC air filter, relay, capacitor, thermostat, contactor, gas drier filter etc, shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item.

M&L for Servicing of split type AC of capacity upto1.5/ 2.0 TR of any make by washing the outdoor unit, condenser coil with soap water jet followed with clean water jet and indoor unit with the help of blower, wipe and clean the unit with dry cloth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Cost of hiring T&P i.e. blower, pressure pump, bucket, hose pipe, cloth. Dismantling /taking down and re-installation of unit on wall, transport deemed to be included in above rate. (b) Servicing will be done without damaging electric connection/AC parts and testing and commissioning complete.

Taking out and opening carefully blower motor, fan blade / drum of 1.5 / 2 Ton window / split type AC unit & dismantling, cutting and removing the unserviceable copper winding wire of blower motor and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including replacement of unserviceable bushes/bearings, long nuts, bolts etc and reassembling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for checking leakages with creating vacuum with dry nitrogen gas for split type air conditioner of 1.5 Ton to 2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for gas charging with R22/134a refrigerant up to required quantity to window / split type AC 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity on any make / model including flushing of gas, oil charging, necessary welding and bracing works, checking of leakage and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- No extra payment will be given to contractor to top up the gas in case of leakage from air conditioner.

M&L for spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of cream tint on internal & external steel surfaces of window / split type A/Cs complete including preparing the existing painted surfaces and writing SM No, MES No etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
