REPAIR OF SEPTIC TANKS, MANHOLE AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, FENCING COMPOUND WALL AT MD/OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE(AF) SUBROTO PARK

Material and labour cleaning & clearing manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any description, underground upto 1 metre depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning, clearing of manholes. Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, upto 150mm dia sewage lines complete all as specified and directed.

Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, upto 150mm dia sewage lines complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all blockage of water closet ,gully/Nahani traps ,floor traps , compltete soil,waste and vent pipes etc in any situation getting out sludge or any other materials and make complete line functional including cleaning of first manholes of any size / depth by flushing with water including loading and removing sludge /organic material in covered transport and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified as and directed. Note : If the same blockage again occured with in 7 days the contractor will be cleaned the same and complaint will not be measured again.

Cleaning and removal of under ground blocked sewer line at any depth, any type and size upto any dia bore of sewer line in between manholes and making the line in working condition by Mechanically used water fitting Hydraulic pressure sewer sucker machine/ capacity min 5000lit , removing all sludge and solid, semi-solid, sludge and water or any shape from sewer line and manholes by blocking the line from one manhole to other manholes and cleaning the line by flushing with water includind loading and removing the taken out sludge/organic material in covered transort and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed Note - (1) After receiving complaint from MES Rep by Contractor's supervisor / Site Engineer, job to completed within 12 working hours. (Rate include all mobilisation of machine ,labour, Operator, helper reqd to clean the machine, T &P and other minor charges for 08 working Hrs). (2) If the same blockage again occured with in 7 days the contractor will be cleaned the same and complaint will not be measured again.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tanks, capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe with new tank connection fitting in the same position after cleaning and marking the date of cleaning on the tank with paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Letter or figures (Block. Roman) of 5 cm high and min 5mm wide such as "CLEANED ON DD/MM/YY" shall be written on service water tank . (b) Cleaning shall be done every six months interval complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 6.00 here-in-before but capacity of tank exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 500 Ltr capacity water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 1000 Ltr capacity water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 2000 Ltr capacity water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.
