Works as enumerated below for Chair tubular steel With arm/ with out arms

Removing the existing unserviceable broken back & seat frame of tubuler steel chair and supply and fixing new back as existing made out of Ist class hard wood teak (Tectona Grandis) 1st quality duly painted in Jet black colour and canned as per drawing (Godrej pattern) with 2 mm wide cane for weaving and 4 mm wide for bordering. Canning hole shall be bored at 12.5 mm centre to centre. Back & Seat shall be fixed to frame with bolts and nuts making required holes to frame and steel tubuler (4 nos each).Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Removing the existing old unserviceable cane of back & seat and reweaving with 2 mm wide white cane for weaving and 4 mm wide for bordering of approved quality plastic cane. Weaving shall be done as per Godrej pattern . Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Removing the unserviceable portion of MS condiute pipe and supply and fixing through welding new MS conduite pipe 20 mm dia 1.6 mm thick of 25 cm long as existing wherever required Rest all as per drawing and approved by Engineer -in -charge.

Taking out U/S hand rest from Chair tubular steel with arm only and S&F new hand rest of size 45x25mm, 440mm long duly polished matching with the existing hand rest. Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Works as enumerated below for Chair revolving lab cum computer with or without arm

Taking out U/S caster wheel from any type of chair revolving and S&F new caster wheel of different type as per trade pattern matching with the existing shape & size all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out U/S tapestry cloth from seat & back of chair revolving and S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality & shade cost of cloth shall not be less than Rs 150.00/M including replacement of foam cushion (NIRLON/MM Foam/SLEEP WELL ) and plywood etc. all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out u/s prang (wheel base and rolling wheel complete ) of MS/PVC from chair revolving and S&F new prang MS/PVC with wheel matching with the existing shape and size all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

(d) Taking out of Hydrualic Assembly (excluding seat) from Chair revolving High back/Low back/Med back/Computer and S&F new Hydrualic assembly different type as per trade pattern with the existing shape and size as all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out U/S hand rest from chair revolving and S&F new hand rest of different type as per trade pattern matching with the existing hand rest.all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out u/s base (seat and back) form Chair revolving High back/Low back/Med back/Computer and S&F new base ( seat and back) different type as per trade pattern with the existing shape and size all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing the unserviceable table top and supply and fixing new top made out of prelaminated particle board of 18/19 mm thick ISI marked teak finish on top including 4 mm thick teak wood edging all around the top as shown on drawing and directed by Engr - in- Charge Make : Noavapan/Ecoboard.

Replacing the unserviceable drawer and supply and fix new drawer made out of 22 guage MS sheet as shown on drg and directed by engineer in charge

Cutting the unserviceable portion of leg/stiffner and supply & fix through welding 25 mm square tube 1.6 mm (medium grade) thick 10" long as existing shape and directed by engineer in charge

Repair the box of table from table office officer only with removing the unserviceable MS box ( except door) and supply and fix new MS box (except door) as existing . Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

Removing the unserviceable handle and S&F new MS handle Chromium plated superior quality as approved by Engr -in Charge .

Replace the unserviceable locking device including locking bars complete set and S&F new locking device complete as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

Removing the unserviceable shelves and supply and fix new shelves made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet as existing. Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

Repair the door single side wherever unserviceable from Almirah large steel and supply and fix new door made out of 1 mm thick MS sheel as existing . Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

Repair the door single side wherever unserviceable from Almirah Med Steel and supply and fix new door made out of 1mm thick MS sheel as existing . Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge.

Replace the unserviceable leg and S & F new leg made out 1 mm thick MS sheet as existing. Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

Removing the existing broken short rail, cutting and threading for short rails of 900mm long from broken long rails retreved from old charpoy and fixing as shown on drg and directed by engineer in charge.

Removing the existing broken legs, cutting and threading for legs of 440mm long from broken short rails retriieved from old charpoy and providing wooden plug and fixing as shown of drg and directed by engineer in charge

Supply and fixing check nut suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe, 6mm thick conforming to IS and directed by engineer in charge

Supply and fixing elbow 3 way suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe ISI marked and directed by engineer in charge

Taking out U/S head side board from Bed Hard with plywood top and S&F of new Head side board made out of 4mm thick one side teak face plywood of Make : Kit Ply/Green Ply duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beedings all around complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge

Taking out U/S foot side board from Bed Hard with plywood top and S&F of new foot side board made out of 4mm thick one side teak face plywood of Make : Kit Ply/Green Ply duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beedings all around complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.
