Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and depth exc 1.5mtr but not exc 3.0 metre for foundation of pole and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of approved quality sand under cable upto 15cm before laying the cable and 8cm over the cable after laying, punned down to overall thickness of 18cm in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness shall be measured)

Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick for covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay assembly.complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wireline), including binding/rebinding/joining with aluminium winding wire in case of breakage of conductor, size of winding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during the stretching.

S&F structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F shackle type,vitreous Insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washerrs,and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt,and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly complete comprising of 20mm dia 40cm long stay bow rod 20mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanised stay rod threaded with nuts, including 300mmx300mmx6mm thick plate necessary clamps etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete including taking down U/S stay assembly complete all as specified and directed ( Note : Loop type insulator, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation and concrete work measured separately).

S & F loop type insulator with complete fiting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edges, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanised Iron earth lead 32x6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling and removal of surplas soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillars and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including filling of charcoal dust , common salt all around Earth plate upto 150mm, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 15 mm bore light grade earth lead protection pipe upto main board, funnel with wiremesh, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with suitable handle and angle iron frame and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion. (Note: The rate quoted include cost of min 7.5 metre earthing wire .)

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE 120 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade,complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and , erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long, IS-2713 marked, with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), bolts, nuts, washers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 05 Nos band/strip with fluorescent, PO box red synthetic enamel paint and alternate white strip (30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid for separetely under respective items of Schedule 'A'. (ii) Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer's factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted. complete all as specified and directed

S&F aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire connectors, PG clamps, jumpers etc complete of any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia , cradle guards, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated of galvanised steel wire 3.15mm dia including binding wire aluminium complete cradle guard complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT Steel/PCC poles with one coat of red oxide and two coat aluminium pait complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Old UNSV ACSR Condctor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old UNSV PCC/steel pole 9 metre long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel work (brackets, clamps, channels including disc and pin insulators,nut & bolts) from existing HT pole complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earth wire/ stay wire complete all as specified and directed

Trimming /cutting tree branches with clearing space upto 2 metre from the over head conductor system all around for LT distribution system , and as directed.Note : contractor shall take electric shutdown befor start work from main station and start line after triming of tree and informed to the JE/Engineer-In-Charge

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole with neutral, 630 Amp, 36 kA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole with neutral, 400 Amp, 36 kA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole with neutral, 250 Amp, 25 kA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole with neutral, 160 Amp, 25 kA breaking capacity suitable forv 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole , 125 Amp, 25 kA breaking capacity suitable forv 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole , 100 Amp, 16 kA breaking capacity suitable forv 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply anf fix new MCCB triple pole , 63 Amp, 16 kA breaking capacity suitable forv 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase supply fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable including nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting of road/dismantling of interlocking paver blocks from pathways including excavation and earth work upto required depth complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC for making good distrubed surface will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay essembly etc including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrerte even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexgonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for aluminium strips 25 X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipes of GI strips 25mmx4mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of feeder piller box made of sheet metal enclousre including triple pole and neutral busbar 200 amps, 450mm long and fixed on angle iron size (50x50x6)mm including grouting above 45cm on ground including two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and PCC (1:2:4) C-2 complete all as specified and directed.
