Engagement of labour for Dismantling the existing brick work wall in every floor for lift door open

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Formwork

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.

Supplying, fabricating and erection in position Structural Steel Hollow sections for Columns & Beams as per design given including cost of steel and cutting, making, welding & bolts fixing in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of structural steel hollow sections)

Brick work using using Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" X2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement and six crushed stone sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing four legged scaffolding using 15cm dia cauarinas post of 4m over all length (3m height+0.5m projection+0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., in a complete from using coil and nails

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia cauarinas post of 4m over all length (3m height+0.5m projection+0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., in a complete from using coil and nails

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded sectioncutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shall included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 + 3.5 + 0.25) alstrong or equivalent fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer

Engagement of 1no.of Welder and 1no.of helper for welding the angles to structural section for supporting lift side rails for 20 days of work

Lift front Door closing arrangements for each floor by providing angles, weldings etc.,

Supply laying ,connecting and commisioning income of 3.5 core 25 sqrm PVC ARMOURED LTUG cable with necessary hardware accessories etc.,

Supply,fixing,connecting and commisioning the following MCB Distribution boards fixed flush with the walls.ALL MCB DBS shall have Double door and incoming adopder box(powder coated) to receive wires in pipes/cables etc.,.the adopter box shall have a mimimumm height of 150mm 12way SPN MCB DB incomer:40amps RCCB 1NO. Outgoing:6 amps Dp MCB-3 NOS,10 AMPS DP mcb 3 nos(LIFT)

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of aslok or equvalent 40 mmdia chemical electrode with earth enhancing powder with funnel, inspection/connection chamber etc.,

Supplyand fixing of 8 SWG Copper wire

Supplying and fixing of water tight bulk head fittings with guard suitable for 60 / 100 watts including necessary connections, cost of materials, etc., All complete.
