1) Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

2) Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With second class teak wood beading 62 x 19 mm.

3) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm.

4) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm.

5) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

6) Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

7) Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).

8) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

9) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

10) Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

11) Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

12) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

13) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

14) Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

15) Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

16) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

17) Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm PTMT pillar cock, 32 mm PTMT waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm PTMT pillar cock.

18) Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. Flexible pipe. 32 mm dia.

19) Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing : Rectangular shape 453x357 mm.

20) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall

21) Making connection of G.I. / CPVC distribution branch with G.I. / CPVC main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 25 to 40 mm nominal bore.

22) Providing and fixing C.P. brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm inlet : 150 mm diameter.

23) Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. : 15 mm nominal bore.

24) Providing and fixing C.P. brass stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS:8931. 15 mm nominal bore.

25) Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 15mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms.

26) Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms.

27) Providing and fixing PTMT grating of approved quality and colour. Circular type. 100 mm nominal dia.

28) Providing and fixing unplasticised P.V.C. connection pipe with PTMT Nuts, collar and bush of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore with 45 cm length.

29) Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The date of cleaning of under ground water storage sump shall be dispalyed with synthetic enamel paint which shall be clearly visible. All complete and as per the directions of the Enginbeer - in - charge.

30) Charges for arranging carpenter / plumber along with helper whereever required for attending minor repair works in the compound etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The required fittings & fixtures except screws/nails, drilling etc.shall be paid separately and measured for each half day)

31) Cutting /Pruning branches of trees for avoiding entering houses and obstructing lighting and electrical wire free passing and disposing the cutting pieces away from the compound to the dumping ground as directed by the engineer-incharge. (Pruning/cutting of all branches for each tree will be measured as one job)

32) Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps including removing the silt outside the compound all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

33) Charges for Cleaning of terrace slab, rain water entry spouts, khurras/ depressions/ sunk slabs and surrounding areas etc., by removing leaves, silt, grass, dust, rubbish, small plants and other deposited / accumulated materials from terrace and within compound area etc., for smooth flow of rain water and making the compound area look clean, including disposal of waste etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Entire compound area within the compound wall & the terrace area of Type VI quarter shall be cleaned thoroughly, which shall be measured as a job for payment).

34) Charges for Cleaning of all doors, windows, ventilators etc including mosquito proof wire mesh, fittings etc with required detergents, liquids etc to make them look clean, including disposal of waste etc., including arranging of heights etc., all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cleaning of all the doors, windows, ventilators including all fittings, wire mesh etc., in Type VI quarter shall be measured as a job for payment).

35) Providing and fixing CPVC ball valve in CPVC pipe line including cutting and jointing with CPVC solvent cement etc complete.

37) Providing PVC SWR soil waste and vent pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B including jointing with 'T' shaped seal/rubber ring conforming to IS : 5382 using solvent cement or rubber lubricant as the case may be with pipes of outer dia (concealed pipe joints to be jointed with rubber ring and solvent cement and exposed joints to be jointed with rubber ring and rubber lubricant). (i) Single socketed pipe (couplings and all other accesories/Fittings are included and nothing extra shall be paid separately ).

38) Supplying and fixing in position precast RCC Man hole frame with cover, frame square of size 650 x 650 x 75 mm of approved make. The cover should be 40mm thick and provided with required quantity of reinforcement. The frame shall be fixed in cement mortar over the manhole opening and rounding of edges etc., shall be made complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

39) Providing and fixing Pre-cast gully trap cover of INDO/KITTO make or equivalent of 25mm thickness of size 300 x 300 mm or of required size as per requirement for existing gully trap with necessary repairs etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

40) Providing and fixing PTMT health faucet with PVC pipe of approved brand and manufacture including holder complete etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

41) Providing and fixing C.P. brass two in one bib cock 15 mm nominal bore of approved quality conforming to IS:8931. All complete etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
