Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry/PCC block, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in copings, kneelers, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment ot sunken portion with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC liquid conplast x 421 IC of FOSROC or equivalent and applying one coat Each of Nittoproof 120 of FOSROC or equivalent on plastered surface rendering again 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with complast - 421 filling the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 using brick bat area of floor upto 1.5 Sqm including 40 mm dia 0.60 m pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ceilling/stone/block etc including racking out joint, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceillng, finished even and smooth all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces over two coat of wall care putty preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, of size 600 x 600, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed.

S&F vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36sqm,in vertical surfaces such as skitings, dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall as in backing of skirting and dado all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non-skid Coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) size of each tiles 400x400 mm in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350*250*7 /450x350x7mm to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in backing of skirting and dado including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall as in backing of skirting and dado all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors aprons etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone 18-20 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge ,such as in steps cooking platform and other similar situations, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window -cills, cooking platforms and like in cement (1:4) including pointing in wihte cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment ot match with shade of granite., all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.
