Attending day to day street light complaints (street lights fitted on poles / buildgs at height upto 12M from ground level), repair / replacement of unsv accessories like lamps,ballast, ingnitor, drivers, capacitors, SPD , nuts, bolts, clamps etc incl sudays and holidays incl all required tools, ladders and other incidential operation requirements for execution of maint work all complete as specifed and directed Note : (i) Cost of spares and accessories will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule (ii) Cost for taking down and re-fixing new spare parts shall be included in the unit rate qouted (iii) All the fittings of HPSV / MVL / HPL / Halogen and flood light will be cleaned once in a month or when required. The rate for which shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rate. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be included in the qouted rate for repair / replacement of unsv LED lights , Driver, brackets, SPD and copper conductor upto 12 mtr height street lights fitted on pole / wall (v) Street light complaints to be carried out as per complaint basis incl sunday and holiday

Note for item No 68 above:- (a) Complaint should be attended within 12 hrs after intimation of Engr-in-Charge or concerned JE by telephonically / verbally / in writing (b) Not attending of complaints within 12 hrs after intimation will lead to recovery from subsiquent payment due in the following manner (i) Attending within 12 to 14 hrs - Rs.2000.00 (ii) Attending within 14 to 18 hrs - Rs.4000.00 (iii) Attending within 18 to 24 hrs - Rs.8000.00 (iv) Attending after 24 hrs - Rs.10,000000 per day (v) The maximum recovery will be Rs.50,0000.00 plus expenditure inccured for rectificaiton of the same by any other agency
