Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including forming clay puddle bunds (retaining fillets) on both edges of spread aggregates with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) by 4 % weight of total mix, for repair to road edge, depression, speed breaker, pot holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminious premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (consolidated thickness) with paver with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (Paving bitumen VG-30) laid with mechanically paver and material transported in tipped (covered) rolled with vibrating roller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bitumenous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed incl supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping depth of pot holes exc 30mm by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying 2.5mm thick white/yellow hot thermo plastic road marking paint,Confirming to BS specification as per IS-164 Grade-I material homogenously composed of aggregate pigments resins and glass reflectors rising beads in require percentage as specified and heating to paint with in temperature limit as per instruction of manufacturing spread and laid by automatic mechanical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous of reeking as directed) including preparation of existing surfaces complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for cat eye reflective type of Aluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed very high strength and tilled with 02 Nos highly reflective reflectors & 02 Nos eye balls each on both side alloy of size of Model No DA 972.0 of make Dark Eye fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacture's instructions.

Supply & fixing Solar Delineators with plate size 1000 x 47 mm is made of poly carbonate ABS body with an anti theft wire mesh provided over it height 165 mm and dia 95mm Cat Part No. DA 112 of make Dark Eye and toughned aluminium alloy body hight 1.45 mm and dia 80 mm including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 and removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing convex mirror 800mm size made of PC material with suitable MS pipe post duly powered coated as per site requirement all as specified and as directed including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 and removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for Road solor stud 125 x 125 x 25mm, made from aluminium alloy & PC construction, solar powered by monocrystel solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery Model No 110 of make Dark Eye, of any colour yellow, red, blue , green or white, water proof and harder and fixed the stud with epocy adhesive complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in repair for MS tubular Delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 100mm dia high reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on 50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated Cat Part No. DA 952 GP Dark Eye, with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 30mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above gound level, removing concrete debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 80mm thick any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complee all as specified and directed.
