Survey of 11 kv H.T cable route as per instruction of Site Engineer and submission of route survey drawing (In two copies) inscribing different land marks & GIS upload.

Microtunneling work of double row ( 130 mtr x 2 ) with Supply & Laying of 160 mm dia (PE-80, PN-06, DN-200) HDPE Pipe as per Drg. No - PNL(D) SS/126 Dt-23.06.2018 excluding cable laying as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Laying & dressing of following 11 KV 3c x 300 sqmm XLPE cable in the excavated cable trenches is per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/126, dt. 23.06.2018 and instruction of the Site Engineer. (Cable 33 KV XLPE 3 x 300/400 sq. mm)

Excavation of soil for making of trial hole (Min Size 1.1x0.5x1.2 M depth) as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Excavation of soil for formation of cable trenches & re-instatement of the cable trenches with the excavated soil as per cable direction

Supply & delivery & laying of 1st Class Kiln Burnt Bricks having proper size & shape suitable for cable protective cover as per instruction of the Site Engineer. (including separate loop for each cable)

Supply and erection of cast Iron cable markers

Supply & installation of 160 mm dia. G.I. pipe ( TATA/ JINDAL / EQUIV ) suitable for 33KV Cable protection.

Making & fixing of outdoor termination joint for 11 kv 3c 300 SQMM cable including fixing of the jointing Box at the existing structure but without the jointing materials.

Erection of Rail pole DP structure

Dismantling of Rail pole

Fixing of 11 kv pin insulator with pin

Fixing of 11 kv Disc insulator with Hardware

Erection of HT stay set
