Filling basement with available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating and watering etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of Granular Sub-base (GSB) - [Plant Mix Method] by mechanically and compacting in layers in each layer 125mm using stone aggregate by providing close Grading - I materials 53mm to 9.50mm at 50%, 9.5mm to 2.36mm at 20% and 2.36mm and below at 30% mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC and loading tippers conveying of mixed material to work site dumping and spreading in uniform layers with dozers and motor grade on prepared sub grade surface in stage to proper grade and camber and compacting with vibrator power roller 8-10 Tonne to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of Coarse sand & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fabricating the 16mm dia. MS bars and placing in position as dowel bars for expansion joints as per details shown in the drawing and as directed including all handling, cutting, bending, all labour, materials, equipment, tools etc., complete. Dowel bar(16mm dia. MS bars) of length 600mm for expansion joints (one half of the rod painted with bitumen and greased to avoid bonding with concrete) including providing necessary 20mm dia. PVC sleeve & cap, cotton waste @ 200mm c/c etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, ending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 - 1984 (or its latest edition) for Expansion joints as per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of Work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 - 1984 (or its latest edition) for Longitudinal joints and Contraction joints as per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 300 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6kg./cm2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the Floor surfaces with Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on previously painted concrete / masonry / plastered surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint, brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.803 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of 'Category - A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position of 75micron LDPE poly sheet membrane for road construction including overlaps over the WMM/GSB surface and including cost of polysheet and laying charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying (to level and slope) and jointing Reinforced Concrete Heavy duty non pressure pipes, IS class NP3 of 300mm diameter with flush joints including testing of joints etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and laying impregnated bitumen pad of 20 mm thickness and 275 mm depth (approximately) for expansion joints to the required length as specified in the drawing and as directed including making necessary holes in the pad and fixing the same in to the dowel bars all labour, materials, transportation, tools, equipment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Note: 1.The rate shall include making necessary holes in the pad for fixing the same in to the dowel bars. 2.The joint filler shall comply with IS 1838 - 1983 or its latest edition.

Providing and laying in position, Sandardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticizer / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard pecification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials).

WORK B - Strengthening works of road inside yellow gate and resurfacing the Bituminous road leads to NCB-I

Excavation for roadway in soil using hydraulic excavator of 0.90 Cum. bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tipper, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters etc., complete as per clause 301 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg. / Sqm. using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying of Pre-cast Cement Concrete Block of size 200mm x 100mm x 100mm for heavy drive road ways and heavy loaded truck parking area of required strength of M-40 grade made with suitable vibratory method mould, laid in requireddesign & patten at site over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminium Window / Ventilator of various size (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) of 37.5 x 37.5mm Vertical and Window bottom rails using 67.5 x 37.5mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glass superior quality for panel with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters. Cost inclusive of labour, tools, transportation, conveyance, driver bata etc., complete as per clause 305 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision)and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, laying, spreading Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by mechanically and compacting to compacted thickness 250mm using stone aggregates as per Table 400-11 including spreading in uniform thickness of two layers of each 125mm tk., hand packing, rolling with vibrator power roller 8-10 tonne in stage to proper grade and camber including spreading in uniform thickness, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 406 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg. / Sqm. using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint, brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.803 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of 'Category - A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
