Transportation of 12 metres length or Less second hand or New pipes Pipe from stores to site, dismantling and positioning of 1 metres to 12 metres length or less cast Basalt Lined/ MS pipes, having OD 356/362 mm on RCC sleepers including consumables and T&P's (Material scope by TANGEDCO).

Providing new/ SH/ retrived sleeve coupling in place of the damaged sleeve coupling set/sleeve in place of joints short pieces including all charges inclusive of transportation of material from store/damaged material to stores etc. consumables and T&P's. (Material scope by TANGEDCO).

Providing sleeve Joint/flange in place of damaged sleeve coupling joints/pipes by welding with TANGEDCO welding supply for joining the cast Basalt/MS pipes (OD356/362mm) to arrest and to prevent pipe damages for joining cast basalt/MS pipes (OD 356/362 mm) to arrest leaks and to prevent pipe damaged including cost of consumables and T&P's. (Material scope by TANGEDCO).

Providing sleeve Joint/flange in place of damaged sleeve coupling joints or fresh joint by welding with DG welding set wherever welding supply is not available for joining cast basalt/MS pipes (OD 356/362 mm)to arrest leaks and to prevent pipe damage including cost of consumables and T&P's. (Material scope by TANGEDCO).

Arresting of Recovery water leak at various locations by changing damaged O ring / end collar after lifting the pipe and supporting and dismantling the sleeve coupling joints in Recovery water line having OD 356/362 mm including consumables and T&P's.

Renewal of damaged gasket after removing the worn out studs by locking the pipe, cutting the bolts, cleaning the flange surface, providing the gasket, fixing the pipe and checking the alignment of pipes and attending leak if any after charging the Recovery water line having OD 356/362 mm including consumables and T&P's. (Material scope by TANGEDCO).

Arresting of Recovery Water Leak by patch welding the punctured portions of the pipe with sleeve cut pieces at various location in the Recovery water Lines. OD 356/362mm including consumables and T&P's.

Arresting of Recovery/ slurry leak by DG patch welding the punctured portions of the pipe with sleeve cut pieces at various locations welding with DG Welding set wherever welding supply is not available. For joining the cast basalt pipes including DG Set, consumables.

Devolution of cast basalt/MS Lined pipe having OD 356/362mm by transporting to work spot to NCTPS stores including crane charges.

Arresting the Recovery water leaks due to damage are dislocated gaskets by packing with spare gasket after loosening the studs etc attending the leaks if any after charging the Recovery water Line including consumables and T&P's. (Material scope by TANGEDCO).

Arresting the Recovery water leaks due to bursting of pipe with clamps attending the leak if any after charging the recovery water Line including consumables and T&P's. (Material scope by TANGEDCO).
